【摘要】：對(duì)沼液預(yù)處理玉米秸與豬糞的混合厭氧消化性能進(jìn)行研究,針對(duì)主要預(yù)處理參數(shù)采用四因素四水平正交實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)沼液預(yù)處理的各組累積產(chǎn)甲烷量比未處理組提高8.07%~32.56%;最優(yōu)預(yù)處理?xiàng)l件為總含固率10%,沼液經(jīng)4 mm篩網(wǎng)過(guò)濾,預(yù)處理溫度35℃,預(yù)處理時(shí)間3 d;在最優(yōu)預(yù)處理?xiàng)l件下,沼液預(yù)處理較未處理組產(chǎn)氣峰值提高65.01%,出現(xiàn)峰值時(shí)間提前8 d,累積產(chǎn)甲烷量達(dá)到80%時(shí)間(t80)縮短33.33%,單位總固體含量(TS)產(chǎn)甲烷量達(dá)到192.45 m L/g,比未處理組提高了22.89%,與Na OH預(yù)處理效果相近,氨氮、堿度濃度適中,系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性良好。因此,沼液預(yù)處理能夠明顯提高混合物料的厭氧消化性能,同時(shí)減少沼液排放,降低二次污染。
[Abstract]:The mixed anaerobic digestibility of corn straw and pig dung pretreated with biogas was studied. The orthogonal design of four factors and four levels was used for the main pretreatment parameters. The results showed that the cumulative methanogenic capacity of each group pretreated with biogas liquid was 8.07 ~ 32.56 higher than that of untreated group, and the optimum pretreatment conditions were as follows: total solid content was 10, biogas was filtered by 4 mm screen, pretreatment temperature was 35 鈩，
