沼液原位生化預處理玉米秸與豬糞混合厭氧消化性能分析

【摘要】:對沼液預處理玉米秸與豬糞的混合厭氧消化性能進行研究,針對主要預處理參數(shù)采用四因素四水平正交實驗設計,結果表明:經(jīng)沼液預處理的各組累積產甲烷量比未處理組提高8.07%~32.56%;最優(yōu)預處理條件為總含固率10%,沼液經(jīng)4 mm篩網(wǎng)過濾,預處理溫度35℃,預處理時間3 d;在最優(yōu)預處理條件下,沼液預處理較未處理組產氣峰值提高65.01%,出現(xiàn)峰值時間提前8 d,累積產甲烷量達到80%時間(t80)縮短33.33%,單位總固體含量(TS)產甲烷量達到192.45 m L/g,比未處理組提高了22.89%,與Na OH預處理效果相近,氨氮、堿度濃度適中,系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性良好。因此,沼液預處理能夠明顯提高混合物料的厭氧消化性能,同時減少沼液排放,降低二次污染。
[Abstract]:The mixed anaerobic digestibility of corn straw and pig dung pretreated with biogas was studied. The orthogonal design of four factors and four levels was used for the main pretreatment parameters. The results showed that the cumulative methanogenic capacity of each group pretreated with biogas liquid was 8.07 ~ 32.56 higher than that of untreated group, and the optimum pretreatment conditions were as follows: total solid content was 10, biogas was filtered by 4 mm screen, pretreatment temperature was 35 鈩,
