木醋液添加牛糞堆肥過程容重時空層次變化及水分時空變化的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析

【摘要】:以牛糞為堆肥原料,研究木醋液添加對牛糞堆肥過程容重時空層次變化的影響及運用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法對木醋液添加堆體水分的時空變化動態(tài)進行分析。采用靜態(tài)好氧堆肥方式,共設(shè)4個處理,濃度分別為0.5%、1.7%、2.9%的木醋液處理和不添加木醋液的對照處理CK。結(jié)果表明:堆肥過程各處理容重都存在空間層次性差異,容重隨深度增加而增大,其中添加木醋液處理能夠降低堆肥過程堆體的容重,從而使堆體壓實度降低并縮小堆體空間容重層次性差異,有利于提高堆肥效率。4種處理堆體水分垂直空間時空變化規(guī)律不盡相同,上層(0~15 cm)與中層(15~30 cm)和中層與下層(30~45 cm)堆體水分變化的態(tài)勢相似程度較高,相似程度均為3#處理2#處理1#處理CK,上層與下層的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度最小,堆體水分變化態(tài)勢差異較大,但相似程度2#處理1#處理3#處理CK;疑P(guān)聯(lián)分析法可以較好地反映牛糞堆肥過程堆體水分變化趨勢的相似或相異程度,通過添加木醋液能夠增大堆肥過程堆體空間層次水分關(guān)聯(lián)度,使堆體空間水分層次變化態(tài)勢差異減小,趨于一致,有利于堆肥的進行。
[Abstract]:Using cow dung as composting material, the effect of adding wood vinegar on the change of bulk density in time and space level during cattle manure composting was studied, and the temporal and spatial changes of water content in wood vinegar were analyzed by grey correlation analysis. The static aerobic composting method was used to study the effect of adding wood vinegar liquid on the change of bulk moisture in the composting process. There were four treatments, the concentration of which was 0.5% and 2.9%, respectively. The results showed that there were spatial stratification differences in the bulk density of each treatment, and the bulk density increased with the increase of depth, the results showed that there were spatial stratification differences in the bulk density of each treatment in the composting process, and the volume density increased with the increase of the depth of the compost. The addition of wood vinegar solution can reduce the bulk density of the composting process, thus reducing the compaction degree of the heap and reducing the difference of the bulk density levels in the heap space. In order to improve composting efficiency, the vertical spatial and temporal variation of water content in 4 kinds of treatments was different, and the variation of water content in the upper layer (0 ~ 15 cm) was higher than that in the middle layer (15 ~ (30) cm) and in the middle and lower layer (30 ~ 45 cm). The similarity degree is all about the CK treated with 1# at 2#, the grey correlation degree between upper layer and lower layer is the smallest, and the variation trend of water content of pile body is quite different. But the degree of similarity was similar to that of the treatment of 1#, CK.Grey relational analysis could reflect the similarity or difference of the trend of water change in the composting process of cow manure. By adding wood vinegar solution, the correlation degree of water in the space level of the compost can be increased, and the variation trend of the water level in the space of the pile can be reduced, which is beneficial to the composting process.
