超聲波土壤含水量檢測(cè)裝置的模型建立與驗(yàn)證

【摘要】:為探究利用超聲波脈沖速度檢測(cè)土壤體積含水量的可行性,以廣東省紅壤、赤紅壤、水稻土為研究對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)了一種超聲波土壤含水量檢測(cè)裝置,并利用ZBL-U510型非金屬超聲波檢測(cè)儀在3種不同溫度環(huán)境下(10、20、30℃)對(duì)不同含水量的土壤樣本進(jìn)行聲速測(cè)定,構(gòu)建了土壤體積含水量與超聲波差值聲速的溫度效應(yīng)數(shù)學(xué)模型。結(jié)果表明:超聲波在水稻土中的傳播速度比紅壤、赤紅壤快,且溫度對(duì)超聲波聲速隨土壤體積含水量變化節(jié)律的影響不同。20℃環(huán)境下超聲波在土壤中的傳播速度最快,10℃其次,30℃最慢。采用Richards模型表征土壤體積含水量與超聲波差值聲速關(guān)系的預(yù)測(cè)誤差在3%左右,采用分段結(jié)構(gòu)溫度效應(yīng)模型的預(yù)測(cè)誤差在5%以?xún)?nèi),證明該文提出的超聲波脈沖速度-土壤體積含水量的溫度效應(yīng)模型可用于動(dòng)態(tài)溫度條件下的土壤含水量預(yù)測(cè)。該研究可為超聲波技術(shù)在土壤水分檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the feasibility of using ultrasonic pulse velocity to detect soil volume water content, a kind of ultrasonic wave measuring device for soil water content was designed with red soil, lateritic red soil and paddy soil in Guangdong Province as the research object. The sound velocities of soil samples with different water content were measured by using ZBL-U510 nonmetallic ultrasonic detector at three different temperatures. The temperature effect mathematical model of the difference between soil volume water content and ultrasonic wave velocity was established. The results showed that ultrasonic wave propagation in paddy soil was faster than that in red soil, and that in lateritic red soil, the velocity of ultrasonic wave in paddy soil was faster than that in lateritic soil. The effect of temperature on the rhythm of ultrasonic wave velocity with soil volumetric water content was different. The speed of ultrasonic wave propagation in soil was the fastest at 10 鈩,
