【摘要】：提出基于光譜圖像分析土壤和水有機(jī)氯農(nóng)藥殘留趨勢(shì)判斷方法。首先,利用熒光光譜分析法分別對(duì)土壤和水進(jìn)行紫外光照射,使二者能夠反映出本身物質(zhì)特性具有的熒光,通過熒光定量分析將已獲取的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)和樣品經(jīng)過同樣程序處理后,運(yùn)用回歸分析法繪制工作曲線對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行含量分析;其次,分別對(duì)不同地區(qū)土壤及不同監(jiān)測(cè)站水源進(jìn)行取樣,利用光譜分析法對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)有機(jī)氯農(nóng)藥含量與實(shí)驗(yàn)樣品中殘留的農(nóng)藥含量進(jìn)行分析比較。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明,利用光譜圖像分析法對(duì)土壤及水中的農(nóng)藥進(jìn)行殘留趨勢(shì)判斷,為環(huán)境改善及農(nóng)業(yè)噴藥作業(yè)系統(tǒng)提供數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:A method for judging the trend of organochlorine pesticide residues in soil and water based on spectral image was proposed. Firstly, ultraviolet light was used to illuminate soil and water, respectively, so that they could reflect their own fluorescence characteristics. After the obtained standard materials and samples were treated with the same procedure by fluorescence quantitative analysis, the working curve was drawn by regression analysis. Secondly, the content of the samples was analyzed. Soil samples from different areas and water sources from different monitoring stations were sampled, and the samples were tested by spectroscopic analysis. The contents of organochlorine pesticides and pesticide residues in the experimental samples were compared and analyzed according to the reference materials. The results showed that the contents of organochlorine pesticides in the samples were compared with each other. The trend of pesticide residues in soil and water was judged by spectral image analysis, which provided the data basis for environmental improvement and agricultural spraying system.
