【摘要】：采用千年生態(tài)系統(tǒng)評(píng)估框架,構(gòu)建了黑龍港地區(qū)主要作物綜合服務(wù)功能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,定量評(píng)價(jià)了2004-2013年黑龍港地區(qū)主要作物綜合服務(wù)功能價(jià)值。結(jié)果表明,黑龍港地區(qū)不同作物綜合服務(wù)功能凈效益由2004年的29.09×10~9元增長(zhǎng)到了2013年的36.08×10~9元。研究區(qū)域主要作物綜合服務(wù)功能總價(jià)值為51.75×109元。其中,綜合服務(wù)功能正效益和環(huán)境損失負(fù)效益均值分別為42.41×10~9元和9.34×10~9元,綜合服務(wù)功能正效益占主導(dǎo)地位;但化肥流失、水資源消耗、農(nóng)藥污染價(jià)值之和占綜合服務(wù)功能總價(jià)值的18.0%,這與研究區(qū)水資源短缺、地下水超采等現(xiàn)狀很不相符,應(yīng)引起相關(guān)部門(mén)的高度重視。綜合來(lái)看,黑龍港地區(qū)主要作物單位面積綜合服務(wù)功能凈效益為18 817.42 CNY·hm~(-2)·a~(-1);其中提供產(chǎn)品功能價(jià)值為6 297.32 CNY·hm~(-2)·a~(-1)(可變價(jià)),提供綜合生態(tài)服務(wù)功能凈效益(不包括產(chǎn)品價(jià)值)為12 520.10 CNY·hm~(-2)·a~(-1);后者是前者的1.99倍。研究結(jié)果表明研究區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)的供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革勢(shì)在必行,同時(shí)結(jié)果對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展以及科學(xué)認(rèn)識(shí)、評(píng)價(jià)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)總體功能具有一定的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Using the Millennium ecosystem Assessment Framework, the evaluation index system of the integrated service function of main crops in Heilongjiang Province was constructed, and the value of the comprehensive service function of main crops in Heilongjiang from 2004 to 2013 was quantitatively evaluated. The net benefit of comprehensive service function of different crops in Heilongjiang increased from 29.09 脳 10 ~ (9) yuan in 2004 to 36.08 脳 10 ~ (9) yuan in 2013. The total value of comprehensive service function of main crops in the study area was 51.75 脳 10 ~ 9 yuan. The average value of positive benefit of comprehensive service function and negative benefit of environmental loss are 42.41 脳 10 ~ (9) Yuan and 9.34 脳 10 ~ (9) Yuan respectively. The sum of the value of pesticide pollution accounts for 18.0% of the total value of the comprehensive service function, which is inconsistent with the current situation of water resources shortage and groundwater overexploitation in the research area, which should be attached great importance to by the relevant departments. The net benefit of the integrated service function per unit area of main crops in Heilongjiang is 18 817.42 CNY 路hmmf- 2) 路Ami-1, in which the functional value of the product is 6 297.32 CNY 路hmgan-2) 路Ami-1 (variable price), and the net benefit (excluding product value) of providing comprehensive ecological services is 12 520.10 CNY 路hmmf-1) 路Amin-1; The latter is 1.99 times that of the former. The results show that the supply-side structural reform of regional agriculture is imperative. The results have certain theoretical and practical significance for the sustainable development of agriculture and scientific understanding and evaluation of the overall function of ecosystem.
