海水養(yǎng)殖廢水沉積物中硝化細(xì)菌的分離及修復(fù)無(wú)機(jī)氮污染的研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)海水養(yǎng)殖廢水中的無(wú)機(jī)氮污染,從某石斑魚(yú)養(yǎng)殖池底沉積物中篩選出5株硝化細(xì)菌(5~9號(hào)),并利用該菌進(jìn)行去除養(yǎng)殖廢水中無(wú)機(jī)氮的實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,5株硝化細(xì)菌對(duì)養(yǎng)殖廢水中氨氮、總氮、硝酸鹽氮和亞硝酸鹽氮均具有去除作用,對(duì)硝酸鹽氮的去除存在相對(duì)延滯。其中,7號(hào)菌株去除效果最好,6h時(shí)對(duì)氨氮、總氮、亞硝酸鹽氮的去除率分別為48%、17%和13%;36h對(duì)硝酸鹽氮的去除率達(dá)18%。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the inorganic nitrogen pollution in the seawater culture wastewater, Five strains of nitrifying bacteria were screened from bottom sediments of a grouper culture pond and used to remove inorganic nitrogen from culture wastewater. The results showed that 5 strains of nitrifying bacteria could treat ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in culture wastewater. Nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen can be removed, and the removal of nitrate nitrogen is relatively delayed, among which, the removal effect of strain 7 is the best for ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen at 6 h. The removal rates of nitrite nitrogen were 48% and 1336 h, respectively.
