堆肥滾筒篩分機(jī)開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:好氧堆肥發(fā)酵作為一種畜禽糞便處理方法,具有安全、高效、環(huán)保的優(yōu)點(diǎn),得到了廣泛的推廣應(yīng)用,其生產(chǎn)過程的機(jī)械化、專業(yè)化程度也不斷提高,因此對(duì)配套的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的專用性提出了相應(yīng)的要求。本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種堆肥滾筒篩分機(jī),用于堆肥生產(chǎn)過程中的篩分操作,具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值和理論意義。通過對(duì)物料在滾筒中的運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)和透篩過程進(jìn)行分析,得到了一系列與滾筒篩分機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和工藝參數(shù)相關(guān)的定量和定性的結(jié)論,根據(jù)這些結(jié)論并結(jié)合堆肥生產(chǎn)過程的相關(guān)特點(diǎn)和要求,對(duì)堆肥滾筒篩分機(jī)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。堆肥滾筒篩分機(jī)主要處理的物料為畜禽糞便的堆肥產(chǎn)物,其物料容重約為0.7 t/m3,要求滾筒篩分機(jī)的處理能力為5 t/h。對(duì)滾筒建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,計(jì)算得到滾筒的直徑、長(zhǎng)度和旋轉(zhuǎn)速度等,并對(duì)應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)了適用于該滾筒篩分機(jī)的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),同時(shí)對(duì)滾筒篩分機(jī)的機(jī)架及外罩部分、托輪和擋輪部分、進(jìn)出料口等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。使用有限元分析軟件對(duì)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵部件—一鏈輪進(jìn)行了校核分析,確定了其最終設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。使用離散單元法軟件對(duì)影響滾筒篩分機(jī)工作效果的因素進(jìn)行了模擬試驗(yàn)分析,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)原有設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行樣機(jī)試制,并對(duì)樣機(jī)進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本次設(shè)計(jì)的堆肥滾筒篩分機(jī)運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、工作狀況正常,符合設(shè)計(jì)使用要求。
[Abstract]:Aerobic compost fermentation, as a kind of animal manure treatment method, has the advantages of safety, high efficiency and environmental protection, and has been widely used. The mechanization and specialization of the production process have also been continuously improved. Therefore, the corresponding requirements for the specificity of supporting production equipment are put forward. In this paper, a composting drum sieving machine is designed for screening operation in composting production. It has certain practical value and theoretical significance. By analyzing the moving state and the screening process of materials in the drum, a series of quantitative and qualitative conclusions related to the structural and technological parameters of the drum sieving machine are obtained. According to these conclusions and combined with the characteristics and requirements of composting production, the composting drum sieving machine was designed and calculated. The main material treated by the composting drum sieving machine was the composting product of livestock and poultry manure. The bulk density of the material is about 0.7 t / m ~ 3, and the processing capacity of the drum sieving machine is required to be 5 t / h. The mathematical model of the drum is established, and the diameter, length and rotating speed of the drum are calculated, and the transmission system suitable for the drum sieving machine is designed. At the same time, the frame and outer part of the drum sieving machine, the supporting wheel and the retaining wheel part, the inlet and outlet etc are designed. The key component of the transmission system, a sprocket, is checked and analyzed by using the finite element analysis software. The final design parameters are determined. The factors affecting the working effect of the drum sieve machine are simulated and analyzed by using the discrete element method software. The original design parameters are optimized according to the test results, and the prototype of the equipment is trial-produced. The field test results show that the composting drum sieving machine is running smoothly and the working condition is normal and meets the requirements of the design.
