不同薄殼山核桃品種的根際土壤細菌菌群結(jié)構(gòu)及多樣性研究

【摘要】:選擇江蘇薄殼山核桃主產(chǎn)區(qū)波尼(BN)、馬漢(MH)、威斯頓(WSD)和肖肖尼(XXN)這4個主要品種,利用Illumina Miseq高通量測序技術(shù)研究其根際土壤微生物多樣性及群落結(jié)構(gòu)組成。結(jié)果顯示,4種薄殼山核桃品種間根際土壤細菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)在門、屬水平上相似,α多樣性指數(shù)無顯著差異。變形菌門、擬桿菌門和芽單胞菌門均為優(yōu)勢門類,假單胞菌屬(1%)和Chitinophagaceae菌群(5%)在4個薄殼山核桃品種的根際土壤中豐度均較高。研究初步闡述了薄殼山核桃根際土壤微生物多樣性及群落結(jié)構(gòu)組成,為進一步研究薄殼山核桃的根際效應(yīng)提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Four main varieties of walnut, BNX, MHH, Weston and XXN, were selected from the main producing areas of Hickory hickory in Jiangsu Province. The microbial diversity and community structure of rhizosphere soil were studied by Illumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing technique. There was no significant difference in 偽 -diversity index at the genus level. The phylum of Proteus, Bacteroides and Bromonas were the dominant species, and there was no significant difference in the 偽 -diversity index between the two groups. Pseudomonas) and Chitinophagaceae) were found to have higher abundance in the rhizosphere soil of four varieties of Prunus pecans. The microbial diversity and community structure of rhizosphere soil of Pickory hickory were preliminarily expounded. It provides a theoretical basis for the further study of rhizosphere effect of walnut.
