【摘要】：基于生態(tài)標準化水平與環(huán)境效應兩大評價指標體系的構(gòu)建,運用熵權(quán)-TOPSIS法測度了農(nóng)村生態(tài)標準化水平與環(huán)境效應的貼近度以及環(huán)境效應與生態(tài)標準化水平等相關指標的灰色關聯(lián)度,結(jié)果表明,2000—2014年我國生態(tài)標準化水平與農(nóng)村自然、社會、經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的灰色關聯(lián)度在90%以上,與農(nóng)村環(huán)境綜合效應的關聯(lián)度在70%以上,生態(tài)標準化的實施對于提升農(nóng)村生態(tài)環(huán)境保護效應發(fā)揮了較為顯著的促進作用。著眼于我國農(nóng)村綜合環(huán)境的持續(xù)改善,仍需進一步加強農(nóng)村的標準化培訓、加快農(nóng)業(yè)和環(huán)境標準化進程以及增強與國際標準的接軌。
[Abstract]:Based on the construction of two evaluation index systems, the level of ecological standardization and the environmental effect, Using entropy weight TOPSIS method to measure the close degree of rural ecological standardization level and environmental effect, as well as the grey correlation degree of environmental effect and ecological standardization level. The results show that the level of ecological standardization in China from 2000 to 2014 is related to the nature and society in rural areas. The grey correlation degree of economic environment is more than 90%, and the correlation degree with the comprehensive effect of rural environment is more than 70%. The implementation of ecological standardization has played a significant role in promoting the protection effect of rural ecological environment. In view of the sustainable improvement of rural comprehensive environment, it is still necessary to further strengthen rural standardization training. We will speed up the process of agricultural and environmental standardization and strengthen the alignment with international standards.
