不同用量生物炭對連作土壤改良及黃瓜生長的影響

【摘要】:以黃瓜為試材,采用桶栽的方法,研究了不同用量生物炭(按連作土壤質(zhì)量比1%、3%、5%、7%、9%施入)對連作土壤性狀、微生物數(shù)量及黃瓜生長的影響。結(jié)果表明:連作土壤施用適量的生物炭可以顯著降低土壤容重和電導(dǎo)率,提高田間持水量,pH和速效鉀含量,降低土壤真菌和尖孢鐮刀菌數(shù)量,提高細菌和細菌/真菌比值,從而改善了黃瓜根區(qū)土壤微生態(tài)環(huán)境,促進了黃瓜生長和產(chǎn)量的提高。綜合分析認為,施用5%用量較為適宜,在實際生產(chǎn)中可作為改良連作土壤的措施加以利用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, cucumber was used as test material to study the effects of different amounts of biochar on continuous cropping soil. The results showed that applying appropriate amount of biochar to continuous cropping soil could significantly reduce soil bulk density and electrical conductivity, increase soil water holding capacity, pH value and available potassium content, and decrease the number of soil fungi and Fusarium oxysporum. By increasing the ratio of bacteria to bacteria / fungi, the soil microecological environment of cucumber root zone was improved, and the growth and yield of cucumber were improved. It can be used as a measure to improve continuous cropping soil in actual production.
