柑桔、龍眼模擬凍害枝梢水分運輸能力及木質(zhì)部結(jié)構(gòu)觀察

【摘要】:為探明凍害損傷對柑桔、龍眼枝梢內(nèi)部水分運輸功能的影響,5月初取福眼龍眼Dimocarpus longan‘Fuyan’老熟春梢和玫瑰橙Citrus sinensis‘Meiguicheng’完成自剪的春梢為試材,經(jīng)模擬凍害(溫度≥-5℃)處理,以不凍害處理為對照,采用苯胺藍標記法觀察枝梢水分輸導(dǎo)功能受到的影響,采用常規(guī)石蠟切片法觀察木質(zhì)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)的變化。結(jié)果表明,凍害處理導(dǎo)致枝梢木薄壁細胞異常,木質(zhì)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)完整性喪失,阻斷了莖內(nèi)木質(zhì)部水分的運輸。
