【摘要】：化肥裝置是高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)化工設(shè)施,SIS系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)比較復(fù)雜,運(yùn)行維護(hù)要求高,由于SIS系統(tǒng)誤動作導(dǎo)致的停車事故占非計(jì)劃停車比例高,SIS系統(tǒng)重要程度日益提升,根據(jù)國家相關(guān)法規(guī)要求,開展SIS系統(tǒng)SIL等級評估是必要的。塔里木石化分公司化肥裝置整體運(yùn)行狀況良好,但也存在長周期運(yùn)行時間短,儀表原因造成的SIS系統(tǒng)誤動事故中90%與機(jī)組儀表故障有關(guān),機(jī)組SIS系統(tǒng)的可靠性是困擾安全生產(chǎn)的一個重要問題。根據(jù)SIS系統(tǒng)評估方法,對塔里木石化分公司化肥裝置SIS系統(tǒng)典型回路進(jìn)行SIL等級評估,提出SIS系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方向,結(jié)合運(yùn)行維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對如何平衡可靠性和可用性進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)合典型的事故案例,對SIS設(shè)計(jì)、安裝、調(diào)試、使用、維護(hù)、更新等生命周期階段主要影響因素進(jìn)行分析,重點(diǎn)針對設(shè)計(jì)缺陷和溫度、濕度、振動、腐蝕等環(huán)境因素影響提出相應(yīng)優(yōu)化措施。最后提出化肥裝置SIS系統(tǒng)維護(hù)策略,為提升系統(tǒng)可靠性提供可操作的指導(dǎo)意見。
[Abstract]:Chemical fertilizer plant is a high risk chemical facility with complex design and high requirements for operation and maintenance. Due to the misoperation of the SIS system, the parking accidents account for a high proportion of non-planned parking is becoming more and more important. According to the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations, the chemical fertilizer plant is becoming more and more important. It is necessary to evaluate the SIL grade of SIS system. The chemical fertilizer plant in Tarim Petrochemical Company is in good operation condition, but there is also a long period of running time short. 90% of the maloperation accident of the SIS system caused by the instrument cause is related to the instrument fault of the unit. The reliability of unit SIS system is an important problem that puzzles safety production. According to the evaluation method of SIS system, the SIL grade of typical loop of SIS system of chemical fertilizer plant in Tarim Petrochemical Company is evaluated, and the optimization direction of SIS system is put forward. Combining the experience of operation and maintenance, this paper analyzes how to balance reliability and usability. Combined with typical accident cases, this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of SIS design, installation, debugging, use, maintenance, update and other life cycle stages. The corresponding optimization measures are put forward in view of the design defects, temperature, humidity, vibration, corrosion and other environmental factors. Finally, the maintenance strategy of the SIS system of chemical fertilizer plant is put forward, which provides operational guidance for improving the reliability of the system.
