【摘要】：農(nóng)村能源作為農(nóng)村可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要物質(zhì)基礎,是創(chuàng)建社會主義新農(nóng)村的重要保障。農(nóng)村能源問題一方面反映了農(nóng)民生活水平,另一方面也體現(xiàn)了農(nóng)村社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況。農(nóng)戶的用能水平也和當?shù)厣鷳B(tài)環(huán)境發(fā)展有著密切聯(lián)系。農(nóng)戶作為農(nóng)村投資、生產(chǎn)、消費與經(jīng)營等活動的主體,其能源消費行為不僅是經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)象,還是一種心理現(xiàn)象、社會現(xiàn)象。新疆作為祖國最西部的邊疆地區(qū),農(nóng)村人口占全疆人口52.77%,農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長至關重要。在新疆,傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)模式和較低的科技水平不僅阻礙了農(nóng)業(yè)的低碳化轉(zhuǎn)變,而且限制了農(nóng)戶能源消費的低碳行為,在沒有低碳經(jīng)濟意識與低碳技術的普及推廣之下,農(nóng)戶自身難以完成從粗放式模式向低碳式模式的轉(zhuǎn)變。因此,開展農(nóng)戶能源消費行為研究,引導農(nóng)戶形成低碳化的能源消費價值取向,促進其實施低碳化的能源行為,對農(nóng)村低碳經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。基于以上,本文通過梳理國內(nèi)外居民低碳能源消費行為方面的文獻,找出適應本文所需的研究方法。并以新疆農(nóng)戶低碳能源消費行為為研究對象,通過對新疆地區(qū)11個區(qū)域的285位農(nóng)戶進行問卷調(diào)查,首先對新疆農(nóng)戶低碳能源消費行為進行了描述性統(tǒng)計分析,之后采用兩階段聚類對農(nóng)戶群體進行劃分,最終將農(nóng)戶劃分為3類族群,分別為“高碳型”、“中間型”、“低碳型”,并通過交叉列聯(lián)分析,探討了聚類后不同族群在低碳能源購買行為上所表現(xiàn)出的差異,總結(jié)出新疆農(nóng)戶低碳能源消費行為存在的問題。進而運用Logistics回歸模型對新疆農(nóng)戶低碳能源消費行為的影響因素進行了實證分析,得出影響農(nóng)戶低碳能源消費行為的因素有多種,主要有個人特征、家庭特征、生活方式、情景因素四大類。最終根據(jù)群體劃分結(jié)果以及影響農(nóng)戶低碳能源消費行為的影響因素提出相關對策建議,如建設農(nóng)村能源市場,改善能源消費結(jié)構(gòu);加強低碳環(huán)保宣傳教育力度,增強農(nóng)戶環(huán)保意識;加大補貼力度,完善后續(xù)管理體系;完善農(nóng)村勞動力市場,推動非農(nóng)就業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移;加大技術支持,規(guī)范能源市場等,以此來促進農(nóng)戶低碳消費行為,實現(xiàn)農(nóng)村地區(qū)的低碳發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Rural energy, as an important material basis of rural sustainable development, is an important guarantee for the establishment of a new socialist countryside. On the one hand, rural energy issues reflect the living standards of farmers. On the other hand, it also reflects the situation of rural social and economic development. The level of energy use of farmers is also closely related to the development of local ecological environment. Farmers as the main body of rural investment, production, consumption and management activities. Its energy consumption behavior is not only an economic phenomenon, but also a psychological phenomenon and a social phenomenon. Xinjiang, as the western frontier region of the motherland, the rural population accounts for 52.77% people in Xinjiang. The development of agricultural economy is very important to the regional economic growth. In Xinjiang, the traditional agricultural production mode and low level of science and technology not only hinder the low-carbon transformation of agriculture. And it limits the low carbon behavior of farmers' energy consumption. Without the low carbon economic consciousness and the popularization of low carbon technology, it is difficult for farmers to complete the transition from extensive mode to low carbon mode. It is of great practical significance for the development of rural low-carbon economy to carry out the research on energy consumption behavior of rural households to guide farmers to form low-carbon energy consumption value orientation and to promote the implementation of low-carbon energy behavior. Through combing the literature on low-carbon energy consumption behavior of domestic and foreign residents, this paper finds out the research methods to meet the needs of this paper, and takes the low carbon energy consumption behavior of farmers in Xinjiang as the research object. Based on a questionnaire survey of 285 farmers in 11 regions of Xinjiang, this paper firstly analyzed the behavior of low carbon energy consumption of farmers in Xinjiang. Finally, farmers are divided into three groups, which are "high carbon type", "middle type" and "low carbon type". The differences of low carbon energy purchasing behavior among different ethnic groups after clustering were discussed. Summed up the problems of low carbon energy consumption behavior of farmers in Xinjiang, and then used the Logistics regression model to analyze the influencing factors of low carbon energy consumption behavior of farmers in Xinjiang. It is concluded that there are a variety of factors that affect farmers' low-carbon energy consumption behavior, mainly personal characteristics, family characteristics, lifestyle. Finally, according to the result of group division and the influence factors of farmers' low-carbon energy consumption behavior, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as building rural energy market and improving energy consumption structure; Strengthen low-carbon environmental protection publicity and education, enhance farmers' awareness of environmental protection; Increase subsidies and improve the follow-up management system; Improve the rural labor market and promote the transfer of non-agricultural employment; Increasing technical support, standardizing energy market and so on, in order to promote farmers' low carbon consumption behavior and realize low carbon development in rural areas.
