綠肥對(duì)華北潮土土壤可溶性有機(jī)物的影響

【摘要】:在華北潮土上種植不同綠肥,于綠肥翻壓前原位采集其地上部及土壤樣品,進(jìn)行56d的綠肥翻壓模擬試驗(yàn)。設(shè)毛葉苕子(Vicia villosa Roth.)、二月蘭(Orychophragmus Violaceus L.)、黑麥(Secale cereale L.)三個(gè)綠肥處理和無綠肥對(duì)照處理,分析培養(yǎng)過程中土壤可溶性有機(jī)物(DOM)組分及其紫外-可見光譜參數(shù)的變化,以探究綠肥對(duì)土壤DOM的影響。種植和翻壓綠肥增加土壤可溶性有機(jī)碳(DOC)、總有機(jī)酸碳(TOAs)和總碳水化合物碳(TCs)含量,三者的變化趨勢(shì)一致,各處理均在培養(yǎng)第1d上升至峰值后迅速下降。毛葉苕子提高DOC和TOAs的效果最好,最高比對(duì)照增加114.01%(培養(yǎng)第1d)和109.10%(培養(yǎng)第14d)。黑麥提高TCs的效果最好,最高比對(duì)照增加323.18%(培養(yǎng)第42d)。種植和翻壓綠肥增加土壤可溶性有機(jī)氮(DON)含量,與DOC變化趨勢(shì)不同,各處理在培養(yǎng)第1d上升后迅速下降一段時(shí)間后又迅速上升。毛葉苕子提高DON的效果最好,最高比對(duì)照增加305.83%(培養(yǎng)第42d)。綠肥增加了SUVA_(254),SUVA_(260),SUVA_(272),SUVA_(280),SAUC_(240-400),降低了A_(250)/A_(365)和A_(240)/A_(420)。紫外-可見光譜參數(shù)的主成分分析顯示SUVA_(254),SUVA_(260),SUVA_(272),SUVA_(280)間有很高正相關(guān)性,A_(250)/A_(365)和A_(240)/A_(420)間亦有很高正相關(guān)性,SAUC_(240-400)是這些參數(shù)中表征DOM性質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵因子。綜上結(jié)果表明,種植翻壓綠肥增加了土壤DOM含量,提高了土壤DOM的芳香性、疏水性、腐殖化程度、平均分子量,增加了土壤DOM的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Different green manure was planted on the North China tidal soil, and the above ground and soil samples were collected in situ before the green manure was rolled over. The experiment was carried out for 56 days. Vicia villosa Roth. was set up. In February, Orychophragmus Violaceus L. and rye cereale L.) three green manure treatments and no green manure control treatments. The changes of soil soluble organic matter (DOM) components and UV-Vis spectral parameters during culture were analyzed. In order to explore the effect of green manure on soil DOM, planting and rolling green manure increased the contents of soluble organic carbon (DOM), total organic acid (TOC) and total carbohydrate (TCS) in soil. The change trend of the three treatments was the same, all treatments increased to the peak value at the first day of culture, and the effect of hairy vetch on DOC and TOAs was the best. The maximum increase of 114.01 and 109.10 were 114.01 and 109.10, respectively. The effect of rye on TCs was the best. The highest content of soil soluble organic nitrogen (DON) was increased by 323.18% than that of the control (cultivation of 42nd day), and the change trend of soil soluble organic nitrogen was different from that of DOC. The DON of hairy vetch was the best in the first day of culture, and then decreased rapidly for a period of time after rising on the first day of culture.
