紅棗根際復(fù)合功能菌的研制及肥效研究

【摘要】:紅棗營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值高,棗樹(shù)栽培效益廣,在新疆廣為栽種,但是由于棗農(nóng)缺乏相應(yīng)的科學(xué)施肥指導(dǎo),導(dǎo)致化肥用量多而沒(méi)有實(shí)現(xiàn)增產(chǎn),嚴(yán)重影響土壤肥力和生態(tài)安全。因此,大力發(fā)展微生物肥料,提高土壤肥力,維持生態(tài)平衡是當(dāng)下急需解決的問(wèn)題。本文選用新疆農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)林業(yè)研究所微生物實(shí)驗(yàn)室提供的優(yōu)良溶磷菌和解鉀菌,分別對(duì)其活力進(jìn)行測(cè)定、優(yōu)化組合實(shí)驗(yàn),初步確定出效果良好的菌株組合,并且對(duì)菌群在田間的肥效進(jìn)行研究。獲得如下結(jié)果:1.20株根際功能菌經(jīng)過(guò)篩選分為P13、P15;P4、P8;K3、K7三組。并且各菌株可以分別混合而不發(fā)生拮抗作用。復(fù)合菌群在120 d后活菌數(shù)下降,并且發(fā)生污染現(xiàn)象。2.復(fù)合菌群對(duì)紅棗根際土壤養(yǎng)分有顯著影響。在不同生長(zhǎng)時(shí)期,各處理養(yǎng)分在坐果期增加明顯。P13P8K3的土壤堿解氮含量最高,比CK增加24.74 mg/kg;P15P8K3的土壤速效磷含量最高,比CK增加14.12 mg/kg;P13P4K3、P15P4K3的土壤速效鉀含量迅速增加,比CK增加42.67%、39.43%;各處理的土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)含量與CK差別不明顯;果實(shí)成熟期,P13P4K3、P15P8K7的土壤pH明顯下降到7.54,CK為7.82。3.復(fù)合菌群對(duì)紅棗根際土壤微生物數(shù)量的影響顯示:P13P4K3、P13P8K3的細(xì)菌數(shù)量顯著高于CK;真菌數(shù)量比CK減少1.40%~28.77%;微生物總量變化與細(xì)菌變化規(guī)律相一致。根據(jù)主成分分析,復(fù)合菌群的綜合得分依次為P13P8K3P15P8K3P15P4K3P13P4K3P13P4K7P15P4K7P13P8K7P15P8K7CK。4.復(fù)合菌群對(duì)紅棗果實(shí)品質(zhì)有影響。P13P4K7的總糖含量最高;P15P4K3和P15P8K7的總酸增幅最大,達(dá)到28.19%和33.14%;P13P4K7的Vc含量最高,為314.61 mg/100g;P15P4K7的蛋白質(zhì)含量最高,比CK高4.16%;P15P4K3的環(huán)磷酸腺苷含量最高,為57.94μg/g,并且環(huán)磷酸腺苷/環(huán)磷酸鳥(niǎo)苷的比值最高,為3.81;P15P4K7的環(huán)磷酸鳥(niǎo)苷含量最高,為15.87μg/g。
[Abstract]:Jujube has high nutritional value and wide benefit of jujube tree cultivation. It is widely planted in Xinjiang. However, due to the lack of scientific fertilization guidance for jujube farmers, the amount of chemical fertilizer has not been increased. Soil fertility and ecological security are seriously affected. Therefore, microbial fertilizer should be developed to improve soil fertility. It is urgent to solve the problem of maintaining ecological balance at present. In this paper, we select the excellent phosphorus soluble bacteria and potassium lytic bacteria provided by the microbiology laboratory of Xinjiang Agricultural University Forestry Research Institute to determine their activities and optimize the combination experiment. The combination of strains with good effect was preliminarily determined, and the fertilizer efficiency of microflora in the field was studied. The following results were obtained: 1.20 strains of rhizosphere functional bacteria were screened and divided into P13 and P15; P4, P8; K3 + K7 group. And each strain could be mixed without antagonism. The number of living bacteria decreased after 120 days. The compound flora had significant effect on soil nutrients of red jujube rhizosphere. In different growth stages, the soil alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen content of different treatments increased significantly at fruiting stage. P13P8K3 had the highest content of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen. Compared with CK, it increased 24.74 mg / kg; P15P8K3 had the highest available phosphorus content, which was 14.12 mg / kg higher than CK. The soil available potassium content of P13P4K3 and P15P4K3 increased rapidly, which was 42.67 and 39.43 than CK. There was no significant difference between the soil organic matter content of each treatment and CK. The soil pH of P13P4K3 P15P8K7 decreased to 7.54 during fruit ripening. CK was 7.82.3. The effect of complex microflora on the microorganism count in rhizosphere soil of jujube jujube showed that the number of bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of Zizyphus jujuba was significantly higher than that of P13P4K3P13P8K3. The number of fungi was 1.40% and 28.77% lower than that of CK. The change of the total amount of microorganism is consistent with that of bacteria. The comprehensive score of the complex flora was P13P8K3P15P8K3P13P4K3P13P4K7P15P4K7P13P8K7P15P8K7P15P8K7. The total sugar content of P13P4K7 was the highest. The total acids of P15P4K3 and P15P8K7 were the largest, reaching 28.19% and 33.14; The VC content of P13P4K7 was the highest, 314.61 mg / 100 g; The protein content of P15P4K7 was the highest, 4.16% higher than CK. The content of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (57.94 渭 g / g) was the highest in P15P4K3, and the ratio of cyclic adenosine monophosphate to cyclic guanosine monophosphate was the highest (3.81). The content of cyclic guanosine monophosphate in P15P4K7 was the highest (15.87 渭 g / g).
