不同原料堆制有機(jī)肥腐殖酸的化學(xué)組成與結(jié)構(gòu)特征

【摘要】:采用元素分析、傅立葉變換紅外光譜(FT-IR)、固體~(13)C核磁共振(NMR)以及電鏡掃描技術(shù),對3種不同物料堆積的有機(jī)肥(T1,玉米桿:牛糞:菜籽餅=60:50:30;T2,玉米桿:廢次煙草:牛糞:菜籽餅=35:25:40:30;T3,煙稈:廢次煙葉:豬糞:菜籽餅=30:30:40:30)中腐殖酸的化學(xué)組成與結(jié)構(gòu)特征進(jìn)行了初步研究。結(jié)果顯示:(1)不同有機(jī)肥中腐殖酸的C、H、N、O的含量均表現(xiàn)為T3T2T1;(2)FT-IR分析顯示,T3樣品中腐殖酸的雙鍵H和苯環(huán)H較T1、T2樣品多;T2樣品在1050 cm~(-1)處的吸收強(qiáng)度相對較強(qiáng);1710 cm~(-1)處的吸收峰T3樣品最明顯,含有羧基和羰基官能團(tuán)最多,T1樣品中最少。(3)固體~(13)C-NMR分析結(jié)果顯示,脂肪碳(δ0~50)含量T3樣品最高,含氧脂肪碳(δ50~110)含量T1樣品最高,芳香碳(δ110~160)含量T2樣品最高,δ160~230的羧基碳和羰基碳含量表現(xiàn)為T2=T3T1;(4)電鏡掃描結(jié)果顯示,3種腐殖酸顆粒的表面具有維管狀結(jié)構(gòu)和孔隙,維管結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)量表現(xiàn)為T3T2T1,孔隙數(shù)量則表現(xiàn)為T1T2T3。以上結(jié)果表明,3種腐殖酸的化學(xué)組成與結(jié)構(gòu)特征有著明顯差異。
[Abstract]:By means of elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), solid-state 13C NMR and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the organic fertilizer T1 with three different materials was deposited. Corn rod: cow dung: rapeseed cake 60: 50: 30; T2, corn rod: waste tobacco: cow dung: rapeseed cake 35: 25: 40: 30; T3. The chemical composition and structural characteristics of humic acid in tobacco stalk: waste tobacco leaf: pig manure: rapeseed cake 30: 30: 40: 30) were studied. The content of HN O was T _ 3T _ 2T _ 1; FT-IR analysis showed that there were more humic acid double bond H and benzene ring H in T 3 sample than in T 1 T 2 sample. The absorption intensity of T2 sample was relatively strong at 1050 cm ~ (-1). The absorption peak of T3 at 1710 cm ~ (-1) was the most obvious, and the sample containing carboxyl and carbonyl functional groups was the least. 3) the results of 13C-NMR analysis showed that the absorption peak at 1710 cm ~ (-1) had the most carboxyl and carbonyl functional groups in T _ (1). The content of fatty carbon (未 _ (0) C _ (50)) in T3 sample was the highest, the content of oxygenated fat carbon (未 _ (50) C _ (110)) in T1 sample was the highest, and the content of aromatic carbon (未 _ (110) C _ (160)) in T _ 2 sample was the highest. The content of carboxyl carbon and carbonyl carbon of 未 160T230 is T2T3T1; The scanning electron microscope showed that the surface of the three kinds of humic acid particles had vascular structure and pores, and the number of vascular structures was T 3T 2T1. The number of pores is T _ 1T _ 2T _ 3. The above results show that the chemical composition and structural characteristics of the three humic acids are obviously different.
