硝基高塔造粒技術(shù)及工程化研究

【摘要】:隨著農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力數(shù)量的降低和農(nóng)民收入的增加,高效化肥為很多農(nóng)民所青睞,而且高塔造粒復(fù)合肥較傳統(tǒng)復(fù)合肥有著更為明顯的效果,這點(diǎn)符合農(nóng)民的用肥習(xí)慣。在測(cè)土配方施肥被大力推廣的情況下,高塔造粒復(fù)合肥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)如果能夠根據(jù)配方生產(chǎn)出質(zhì)量過(guò)硬的產(chǎn)品,而且這種產(chǎn)品又能讓農(nóng)民接受,不斷提高我國(guó)復(fù)合肥在肥料使用中所占的比例還是有著很多優(yōu)勢(shì)的。對(duì)目前硝基復(fù)合肥的生產(chǎn)方法進(jìn)行了研究總結(jié),包括料漿法、固體團(tuán)粒法、部分料漿法、融熔法、摻混法、擠壓法等。對(duì)硝基復(fù)合肥生產(chǎn)主要造粒工藝進(jìn)行了考察,主要有:熔體塔式噴淋造粒、轉(zhuǎn)筒造粒機(jī)造粒、雙槳式造粒機(jī)造粒、流化床造粒機(jī)造粒、回轉(zhuǎn)鋼帶冷凝造粒。剖析了高塔熔體造粒的工藝原理,熔體法造粒機(jī)理不是一種機(jī)理,而是幾種機(jī)理的組合,其間難有明確界線,并貫串造粒全過(guò)程。包括成核機(jī)理、成層機(jī)理、聚結(jié)機(jī)理、粉碎機(jī)理、破損機(jī)理、磨損機(jī)理、磨剝轉(zhuǎn)移機(jī)理、電荷作用機(jī)理、離縮作用機(jī)理、黏沙性物料相配機(jī)理。分析了硝基高塔造粒的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在,并對(duì)其市場(chǎng)前景進(jìn)行了考察,為項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。在硝基高塔項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中,針對(duì)高塔熔體塔式噴淋造粒技術(shù)進(jìn)行了深入研究。根據(jù)熔體塔式噴淋造粒生產(chǎn)工藝流程,對(duì)產(chǎn)品配方調(diào)整其可適用性,控制生產(chǎn)工藝及典型的消耗,建設(shè)了年產(chǎn)20t硝基復(fù)合肥裝置的配套方案。論文中分析了各個(gè)工藝條件對(duì)造粒的影響以及在三相點(diǎn)溫度附近造粒的技術(shù)方案,進(jìn)一步發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決高塔造粒生產(chǎn)硝基復(fù)合肥存在的問題。最后對(duì)硝基高塔進(jìn)行了投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)并展望了硝基高塔復(fù)合肥的市場(chǎng)前景。該硝基高塔復(fù)合肥裝置經(jīng)過(guò)近2年的運(yùn)行,通過(guò)不斷總結(jié)完善,目前已實(shí)現(xiàn)安全、長(zhǎng)周期、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,對(duì)金正大生態(tài)工程集團(tuán)公司產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整發(fā)揮了積極的作用。
[Abstract]:With the decrease of rural labor force and the increase of farmers' income, high-efficiency fertilizer is favored by many farmers, and high-tower granulation compound fertilizer has more obvious effect than traditional compound fertilizer. This is in line with farmers' use of fertilizer habits. In the case of soil testing formula fertilization is vigorously promoted, high-tower granulation compound fertilizer production enterprises can produce high-quality products according to the formula. And this product can be accepted by farmers, increasing the proportion of compound fertilizer in fertilizer use in China still has a lot of advantages. The current production methods of nitro-compound fertilizer were summarized. Including slurry method, solid pellet method, partial slurry method, melt method, mixing method, extrusion method and so on. The main granulation process of nitro-compound fertilizer production was investigated, including: melt tower spray granulation. Rotary granulator, double paddle granulator, fluidized bed granulator, rotary steel strip condensing granulation. The technological principle of high tower melt granulation is analyzed. Melt granulating mechanism is not a kind of mechanism. It is a combination of several mechanisms, in which there is no clear boundary and the whole process of pelletizing, including nucleation mechanism, stratification mechanism, coalescence mechanism, crusher mechanism, breakage mechanism, wear mechanism, abrasive transfer mechanism. The mechanism of charge action, the mechanism of dissociation and the mechanism of material matching of viscous sand were analyzed. The advantages of nitro tower granulation were analyzed, and its market prospect was investigated. In the construction of the nitro tower, the technology of spray pelletizing with melt tower was studied. According to the production process of melt tower spray granulation. Adjust the applicability of the product formula, control the production process and typical consumption. In this paper, the effect of various technological conditions on granulation and the technical scheme of granulation near the temperature of three-phase point were analyzed. Finally, the investment and economic evaluation of the nitro-tower compound fertilizer was carried out and the market prospect of the nitro-tower compound fertilizer was prospected. It's been running for nearly two years. Through continuous summing up and perfecting, it has realized safety, long period and stable operation, which has played an active role in the adjustment of product structure of Kim Jong un Ecological Engineering Group Company.
