【摘要】：準(zhǔn)確識別不同耕地集約利用水平下耕地實(shí)際產(chǎn)能的響應(yīng)規(guī)律是指導(dǎo)耕地利用投入和保障國家糧食安全的重要前提。在利用土地報(bào)酬遞減規(guī)律對耕地集約利用水平與耕地實(shí)際產(chǎn)能關(guān)系進(jìn)行理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建耕地集約利用水平與耕地實(shí)際產(chǎn)能的庫茲涅茨曲線模型,利用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)耕作制度二級指標(biāo)區(qū),對湖北省進(jìn)行了市域尺度的實(shí)證研究。研究結(jié)果表明:鄂豫皖丘陵山區(qū)、沿江平原區(qū)和盆周秦巴山區(qū)的耕地集約利用水平和耕地實(shí)際產(chǎn)能已呈現(xiàn)倒U曲線關(guān)系,證實(shí)庫茲涅茨曲線模型可以有效識別不同耕地集約利用水平下耕地實(shí)際產(chǎn)能的響應(yīng)規(guī)律。將各市耕地利用投入水平與相應(yīng)臨界值進(jìn)行對比,得出襄陽等市應(yīng)提高耕地集約利用水平和調(diào)整耕地利用投入結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)揮耕地集約利用的規(guī)模效益和結(jié)構(gòu)效益,而隨州等市則需加強(qiáng)耕地利用投入結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,提升耕地集約利用的結(jié)構(gòu)效益。該研究可為優(yōu)化耕地利用投入結(jié)構(gòu)和制定差異化耕地利用與保護(hù)政策提供決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:It is an important prerequisite for guiding the input of cultivated land and ensuring the national food security to accurately identify the response law of the actual productivity of cultivated land under different cultivated land intensive utilization levels. On the basis of theoretical analysis of the relationship with the actual productivity of cultivated land. The Kuznets curve model of cultivated land intensive utilization level and the actual productivity of cultivated land was constructed, and the secondary index area of standard farming system was used. The empirical study on urban scale in Hubei Province shows that the intensive utilization level of cultivated land and the actual productivity of cultivated land in hilly areas along the Yangtze River and Qinba Mountains of the basin show a inverted U curve. It is proved that the Kuznets curve model can effectively identify the response law of the actual productivity of cultivated land under different cultivated land intensive utilization levels, and compare the input level of cultivated land use with the corresponding critical value in each city. Xiangyang and other cities should improve the level of intensive use of cultivated land and adjust the input structure of cultivated land use, and give full play to the scale and structural benefits of intensive use of cultivated land, while cities such as Suizhou should strengthen the optimization of input structure of cultivated land use. This study can provide the decision basis for optimizing the input structure of cultivated land use and formulating the policy for the utilization and protection of differentiated cultivated land.
