【摘要】：校企合作是高等院校深化教育體制改革、培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才的必然趨勢,黨的十八屆五中全會圍繞"提高教育質(zhì)量"這一主線,提出加強校企合作、推進"雙創(chuàng)型"人才培養(yǎng)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。論文以西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)某學(xué)院為例,針對農(nóng)業(yè)高校校企合作存在的重量不重質(zhì)、合作層次不深入、合作目標(biāo)不清晰、合作不穩(wěn)定等問題,提出并實踐"合作就業(yè)"的校企合作新模式,以期為高校校企合作機制的深入研究提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:School-enterprise cooperation is an inevitable trend for colleges and universities to deepen the reform of the educational system and cultivate innovative talents. The Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee proposed to strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises around the main line of "improving the quality of education". The paper takes a college of Northwest Agricultural and Forestry University as an example, aiming at the lack of emphasis on quality, the level of cooperation and the unclear goal of cooperation. This paper puts forward and practices the new mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises in order to provide reference for the further study of the cooperation mechanism of universities and enterprises.
