水稻根際與非根際土壤硫素賦存形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化及其遷移規(guī)律

【摘要】:在未污染及重金屬污染水稻土上施用不同硫肥處理,通過(guò)池栽試驗(yàn)研究硫在水稻根際與非根際土壤中遷移規(guī)律及其賦存形態(tài)的影響.結(jié)果表明,在水稻生育期內(nèi),根際與非根際土壤溶液Eh、pH和pe+pH范圍分別在93~283 mV和83~254 mV之間、7.5~8.4和7.7~8.4之間、9.1~13.2和9.1~12.5之間.根際土Eh總體上高于非根際土,根際土pH總體上低于非根際土.在根際土壤中,水溶性硫(占總無(wú)機(jī)硫的41%~81%,下同)郘吸附性硫(9%~34%)鹽酸可溶性硫(8%~24%)鹽酸揮發(fā)性硫(2%~8%).在分蘗期和抽穗揚(yáng)花期,水溶性硫和吸附性硫的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),施用石膏處理的顯著性高于單質(zhì)硫處理的;對(duì)未污染水稻土,其質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)顯著性高于污染水稻土的.在非根際土壤,水溶性硫(40%~69%)郘鹽酸可溶性硫(18%~41%)鹽酸揮發(fā)性硫(6%~16%)吸附性硫(0.7%~7.5%).根際土與非根際土壤的無(wú)機(jī)硫質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別為223~738mg·kg~(-1)和68~128 mg·kg~(-1),土壤有機(jī)硫質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別為574~1 647 mg·kg~(-1)和108~391 mg·kg~(-1),總硫的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別為825~2 287 mg·kg~(-1)和200~477 mg·kg~(-1).水稻根際土中,無(wú)機(jī)硫和有機(jī)硫分別占總硫20%~40%和60%~80%;非根際土為18%~46%和54%~82%.水稻根際土在總硫、有機(jī)硫、水溶性硫、吸附性硫和鹽酸可溶性硫的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別是非根際土壤的3~11倍、3~5倍、5~7倍,12~20倍、2~3倍,而鹽酸揮發(fā)性硫的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)低于非根際土.
[Abstract]:Different sulfur fertilizer treatments were applied to unpolluted and heavy metal contaminated paddy soils. The effects of sulfur migration and its occurrence in rice rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil were studied by pot experiment. During the growth period of rice, the pH ranges of Ehn and pe in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil solutions were between 93,283mV and 83254mV, respectively. The Eh in rhizosphere soil was generally higher than that in non-rhizosphere soil. The pH of rhizosphere soil was lower than that of non-rhizosphere soil in general. In rhizosphere soil, water soluble sulfur (accounting for 41 1% of total inorganic sulfur) was found in rhizosphere soil. The content of water soluble sulfur and adsorptive sulfur at tillering stage and heading stage. The significance of gypsum treatment was higher than that of elemental sulfur treatment. For unpolluted paddy soil, its mass fraction was significantly higher than that in non-rhizosphere soil. The content of organic sulfur in soil was 574 ~ 1647 mg 路kg ~ (-1) and 108 ~ 391 mg 路kg ~ (-1) respectively. The mass fraction of total sulfur was 825 ~ (2 287) mg 路kg ~ (-1) and 200 ~ 477 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) respectively. Inorganic sulfur and organic sulfur accounted for 40% and 60% of total sulfur, respectively. The mass fraction of total sulfur, organic sulfur, water-soluble sulfur, adsorptive sulfur and hydrochloric acid soluble sulfur in rice rhizosphere soil were 31.11 times as much as those in non-rhizosphere soil, respectively. The content of volatile sulfur in hydrochloric acid was lower than that in non-rhizosphere soil.
