針刺預(yù)制體參數(shù)對(duì)C/C復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能的影響(英文)

通過(guò)針刺與化學(xué)氣相沉積分別制備碳纖維預(yù)制體與碳基體,獲得針刺C/C復(fù)合材料。研究了針刺密度、針刺深度、網(wǎng)胎面密度等預(yù)制體成型工藝參數(shù)對(duì)C/C復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能的影響,并探討了預(yù)制體體積密度與C/C復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,針刺密度在2050針/cm2之間時(shí),C/C復(fù)合材料拉伸強(qiáng)度先增后減,而層間剪切強(qiáng)度一直上升;針刺深度在1016 mm之間時(shí),拉伸強(qiáng)度和層間剪切強(qiáng)度隨針刺深度的提高而增加;網(wǎng)胎面密度在100300 g/m2之間時(shí),拉伸強(qiáng)度和層間剪切強(qiáng)度隨網(wǎng)胎面密度的提高而降低;當(dāng)只改變針刺密度、針刺深度、網(wǎng)胎面密度其中一個(gè)成型參數(shù)時(shí),拉伸強(qiáng)度和層間剪切強(qiáng)度受預(yù)制體密度影響顯著,預(yù)制體密度可作為預(yù)測(cè)C/C復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能的一個(gè)宏觀成型參數(shù)。
