裂紋缺陷對結(jié)構(gòu)動態(tài)斷裂行為的影響效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:采用落錘沖擊加載的方式,結(jié)合焦散線方法,研究了裂紋缺陷對有機玻璃(PMMA)板條試件動態(tài)斷裂行為的影響效應(yīng)。通過對試件斷裂破壞過程的觀測和分析,得到了裂紋尖端動態(tài)應(yīng)力強度因子和裂紋擴展速度的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,該試驗加載條件下,結(jié)構(gòu)的斷裂韌度約為1.00 MN/m~(3/2);裂紋缺陷的存在對運動裂紋擴展的總體效果是抑制的,含裂紋缺陷試件中運動裂紋的擴展時間約為不含裂紋缺陷的1.5倍;隨著裂紋缺陷長度的增加,運動裂紋在缺陷處再次起裂更為困難。
[Abstract]:The effect of crack defects on the dynamic fracture behavior of plexiglass (PMMA) lath specimens was studied by means of drop hammer impact loading and caustic line method. Through the observation and analysis of the fracture failure process of the specimen, the dynamic stress intensity factor and the crack propagation velocity at the crack tip are obtained.
