基于直接泄漏濾波X最小均方算法的海水泵振動控制應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:針對參考信號頻率與振源頻率偏差造成往復(fù)海水泵自適應(yīng)主動控制性能下降的問題,提出直接泄漏濾波X最小均方的自適應(yīng)振動控制算法。通過一種幾何關(guān)系來進行參考信號的相位更新,并基于泄露濾波X最小均方誤差方法,設(shè)計了直接進行頻率函數(shù)控制更新和控制權(quán)系數(shù)更新的振動控制算法。通過泄露因子限制控制輸出能量。為驗證該方法的有效性,進行了仿真。仿真結(jié)果表明,該方法能夠通過自調(diào)節(jié)參考信號頻率,跟蹤振源信號變化,取得良好的振動抑制效果。進行了水泵試驗臺架的振動控制試驗,檢驗該自適應(yīng)控制算法性能。試驗結(jié)果表明,該方法能夠?qū)︻l率緩慢變化的水泵振動進行有效的自適應(yīng)振動控制。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the adaptive active control performance of reciprocating seawater pump decreases due to the deviation between the frequency of reference signal and the frequency of vibration source, an adaptive vibration control algorithm with direct leakage filter X minimum mean square is proposed. A geometric relation is used to update the phase of the reference signal, and based on the leakage filter X minimum mean square error method, a vibration control algorithm is designed to update the frequency function control and the control coefficient directly. The output energy is controlled by leakage factor limitation. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method, the simulation is carried out. The simulation results show that the method can track the change of vibration source signal by self-adjusting the frequency of reference signal, and achieve good vibration suppression effect. The vibration control test of the pump test bench is carried out, and the performance of the adaptive control algorithm is tested. The experimental results show that the method can effectively control the vibration of the pump with slow frequency change.
