三種節(jié)流元件濕氣節(jié)流特性分析

【摘要】:濕氣的節(jié)流機理和影響因素以及不同節(jié)流元件的節(jié)流特點是選擇濕氣生產(chǎn)過程中節(jié)流元件的理論依據(jù)。為提高濕氣的生產(chǎn)效率,減少水合物生成,文中對Laval噴管、孔板和板閥進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,并利用FLUENT軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬和理論分析,通過研究不同工況下的濕氣節(jié)流流場,得出不同影響因素對于節(jié)流壓力場與溫度場的影響。分析不同節(jié)流元件的節(jié)流特點,總結(jié)出不同元件適用的工況范圍。
[Abstract]:The throttling mechanism and influencing factors of moisture and the throttling characteristics of different throttling elements are the theoretical basis for selecting throttling elements in the process of moisture production. In order to improve the production efficiency of moisture and reduce hydrate formation, the structure of Laval nozzle, orifice plate and plate valve is designed, and the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis are carried out by using FLUENT software to study the moisture throttle flow field under different working conditions. The effects of different influencing factors on throttle pressure field and temperature field are obtained. The throttling characteristics of different throttling elements are analyzed, and the suitable working conditions of different components are summarized.
