Ⅲ型裂紋裂尖應(yīng)力場的內(nèi)聚力模型

【摘要】:針對冪指數(shù)硬化材料,在小范圍的屈服條件下,建立了Ⅲ型裂紋的內(nèi)聚力模型,獲得了內(nèi)聚區(qū)和塑性區(qū)中的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變場及內(nèi)聚區(qū)中的內(nèi)聚力和張開位移的本構(gòu)關(guān)系.結(jié)果表明:對于中等硬度的材料,如果內(nèi)聚力的峰值小于2.5倍的屈服應(yīng)力,那么內(nèi)聚力對塑性區(qū)中的應(yīng)力分布起決定性的作用,傳統(tǒng)的彈塑性斷裂力學(xué)方法和內(nèi)聚力方法之間存在著差別;當(dāng)牽引力的峰值變?yōu)闊o窮大時,無論有否內(nèi)聚力,應(yīng)力分布都會趨于收斂.
[Abstract]:For power exponential hardened materials, the cohesion model of type III crack is established under a small range of yield conditions, and the stress-strain field in the cohesion zone and the stress-strain field in the plastic zone, as well as the constitutive relations between the cohesion force and the opening displacement in the cohesion zone are obtained. The results show that if the peak value of cohesion is less than 2.5 times yield stress, the cohesion plays a decisive role in the stress distribution in the plastic zone. There are differences between the traditional elastic-plastic fracture mechanics method and the cohesion method. When the peak value of traction becomes infinite, the stress distribution tends to converge with or without cohesion.
