壓力式螺旋型噴嘴二次霧化特性的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:空氣與液滴之間良好的接觸是增濕室增濕換熱的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),因此有必要對噴嘴進(jìn)行霧化特性試驗(yàn)研究。該研究選用工程上常用的壓力式螺旋型噴嘴TF6進(jìn)行霧化特性試驗(yàn),TF6噴嘴霧化特性的研究包括噴嘴背壓對霧化液滴尺寸的影響,分析距離TF6噴嘴下方不同位置各種液滴直徑、比表面積、分布跨度值的變化。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),霧化液滴的直徑隨噴霧壓力的增大而減小,但噴霧壓力有其臨界范圍。通過對距離噴嘴下方不同位置霧化特性的分析得到二次霧化的發(fā)生位置,該位置更有利于空氣與液滴的熱質(zhì)交換。在二次霧化區(qū)內(nèi),利用最小二乘法擬合出噴嘴霧化液滴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)關(guān)聯(lián)式,整理成韋伯?dāng)?shù)和雷諾數(shù)的函數(shù)關(guān)系,可用來預(yù)測噴嘴出口粒子的直徑。
[Abstract]:Good contact between air and droplets is the key technology of humidification and heat transfer in humidifying chamber, so it is necessary to study the atomization characteristics of nozzles. In this study, the pressure spiral nozzle TF6, which is commonly used in engineering, is used to carry out the atomization characteristic test. The atomization characteristics of TF6 nozzle include the influence of nozzle back pressure on the atomization droplet size, and the analysis of various droplet diameters at different positions below the TF6 nozzle. The change of specific surface area and distribution span. It is found that the diameter of atomized droplets decreases with the increase of spray pressure, but the spray pressure has its critical range. Through the analysis of the atomization characteristics at different positions below the nozzle, the occurrence position of secondary atomization is obtained, which is more beneficial to the heat and mass exchange between air and droplets. In the secondary atomization zone, the empirical correlation of nozzle atomization droplets is fitted by least square method, and the functional relationship between Weber number and Reynolds number is sorted out, which can be used to predict the diameter of nozzle outlet particles.
