非結(jié)構(gòu)多邊形網(wǎng)格滑移線開穴算法

【摘要】:基于非結(jié)構(gòu)任意多邊形網(wǎng)格管理體系及束縛滑移技術(shù),針對多介質(zhì)多次加卸載大變形問題的模擬,發(fā)展滑移線開穴算法,并利用金屬碰撞分離模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證.給出滑移線上的點(diǎn)和網(wǎng)格的開閉穴狀態(tài)判別方法及網(wǎng)格開閉情況下滑移線上點(diǎn)的速度計(jì)算方法.該滑移計(jì)算技術(shù)將傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)格的開穴算法推廣到拉氏非結(jié)構(gòu)多邊形網(wǎng)格中,保留拉氏滑移算法無縫連接和較好模擬物質(zhì)界面的優(yōu)點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了模擬實(shí)際問題中物質(zhì)界面開閉功能.在金屬碰撞分離模型中采用多種網(wǎng)格、不同界面形狀和多介質(zhì)等條件進(jìn)行測試,證明了算法的正確性.
[Abstract]:Based on the unstructured arbitrary polygonal grid management system and bound slip technology, the slip line hole opening algorithm is developed for the simulation of multi-medium multiple loading and unloading large deformation problem, and the metal collision separation model is used to verify the algorithm. The discriminant method of the open and closed hole state of the point on the slip line and the velocity calculation method of the point on the slip line under the condition of open and closed grid is given. The slip calculation technique extends the hole opening algorithm of the traditional structural grid to the Lagrangian unstructured polygonal grid, and preserves the advantages of seamless connection of the Lagrangian slip algorithm and good simulation of the material interface. The function of opening and closing the material interface in the simulation of practical problems is realized. In the metal collision separation model, a variety of grid, different interface shapes and multi-media conditions are used to test, and the correctness of the algorithm is proved.
