高應(yīng)變率下Ⅱ型應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:文章采用有限元軟件ANSYS/LS-DYNA程序?qū)o態(tài)和沖擊荷載作用下的含裂紋半圓彎曲(簡稱SCB)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。根據(jù)靜態(tài)試驗(yàn)的模擬結(jié)果,提出了靜態(tài)荷載作用下的Ⅱ型應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子擬合公式,其計(jì)算誤差不超過10%。含復(fù)合型裂紋動態(tài)SCB試驗(yàn)的模擬結(jié)果表明:對于含復(fù)合型裂紋的動態(tài)加載的SCB試驗(yàn),動態(tài)應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子KⅡ隨著試樣半徑R、裂紋傾角β以及相對裂紋長度a/R的變化呈現(xiàn)規(guī)律性變化。當(dāng)相對裂紋長度a/R在0.4~0.6、裂紋傾角β在10°~40°范圍內(nèi)時(shí),可以直接采用靜態(tài)公式計(jì)算KⅡ,相對誤差小于10%。
