不同體積分?jǐn)?shù)羰基鐵粉對(duì)磁流變液性能的影響

【摘要】:以羰基鐵粉為磁性顆粒,二甲基硅油為載液,十二烷基硫酸鈉為表面活性劑,納米SiO2和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮為添加劑,通過(guò)攪拌分散的方法制備出4份不同體積分?jǐn)?shù)的羰基鐵粉的磁流變液。通過(guò)自然沉降觀測(cè)法和MCR-301模塊化智能型流變儀檢測(cè)磁流變液的沉降穩(wěn)定性、零場(chǎng)黏度和磁流變性能。結(jié)果表明:鐵粉體積分?jǐn)?shù)為35%的磁流變液具有最低的沉降率、為8.6%,有最大的剪切應(yīng)力、為31.33kPa,但零場(chǎng)黏度也相對(duì)較大、為4.4Pa·s,靜置2個(gè)月后沒(méi)有板結(jié);而鐵粉體積分?jǐn)?shù)為20%的磁流變液具有最高的沉降率、為17.7%,最低的零場(chǎng)黏度、為0.8Pa·s,最小的剪切應(yīng)力、為7.48kPa,靜置2個(gè)月后輕微板結(jié),輕微攪拌后又重新分散于載液中。在工程應(yīng)用方面,鐵粉體積分?jǐn)?shù)較大的磁流變液使用效果相對(duì)較好。
[Abstract]:Using iron carbonyl powder as magnetic particle, dimethyl silicone oil as carrier solution, sodium dodecyl sulfate as surfactant, nanometer SiO2 and polyvinylpyrrolidone as additives, Four parts of magneto-rheological solution of carbonyl iron powder with different volume fraction were prepared by agitation and dispersion. The settlement stability, zero field viscosity and magnetorheological properties of magnetorheological fluid were measured by natural settlement observation method and MCR-301 modularized intelligent rheometer. The results show that the magnetorheological fluid with 35% volume fraction of iron powder has the lowest settlement rate of 8.6, the largest shear stress is 31.33 KPA, but the zero-field viscosity is relatively large, which is 4.4Pa s. However, the magnetorheological fluid with 20% volume fraction of iron powder had the highest settling rate of 17.70.The lowest zero field viscosity was 0.8Pa s, and the minimum shear stress was 7.48kPa. Slightly stirred and then dispersed again in the carrier liquid. In engineering application, the magneto-rheological fluid with high volume fraction of iron powder has a relatively good effect.
