水下爆炸條件下近藥包表面能量測試技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:為測量水下爆炸條件下近藥包表面的能量,提出基于預(yù)制飛片圓筒的水下爆炸條件下近藥包表面能量測試技術(shù)。首先,采用AUTODYN軟件,對(duì)水下爆炸條件下自由場和作用在飛片上的能流密度進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算,通過對(duì)比兩者隨爆距的變化規(guī)律,對(duì)預(yù)制飛片圓筒間接獲取近藥包表面能量的可行性進(jìn)行論證。然后,采用激光位移傳感器和探針測量爆炸后的飛片速度,進(jìn)而將飛片的動(dòng)能除以面積計(jì)算得到作用在飛片上的能流密度。將能流密度的測試值與計(jì)算值進(jìn)行對(duì)比,兩者基本一致,表明采用預(yù)制飛片圓筒來測量水下爆炸條件下近藥包表面的能量是可行的,同時(shí)驗(yàn)證飛片速度測量系統(tǒng)的有效性,為近藥包表面載荷特性的理論研究和試驗(yàn)測試提供技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to measure the energy of near charge surface under underwater explosion, a technique of near charge surface energy measurement based on prefabricated flyer cylinder was proposed. Firstly, the free field and the energy flow density acting on the flyer under underwater explosion condition are calculated by using AUTODYN software, and the variation law of the free field and the energy flow density acting on the flyer are compared by comparing them with the explosion distance. The feasibility of indirect obtaining the surface energy of the prefabricated flyer cylinder is demonstrated. Then, the laser displacement sensor and probe are used to measure the velocity of the flyer after explosion, and then the kinetic energy of the flyer is divided by the area to calculate the energy flow density acting on the flyer. By comparing the measured values of energy flow density with the calculated values, the results show that it is feasible to measure the energy near the charge surface under the condition of underwater explosion by using the prefabricated flyer cylinder, and at the same time to verify the effectiveness of the flyer velocity measurement system. It provides a technical basis for the theoretical study and experimental test of the surface load characteristics of near charge.
