環(huán)形預(yù)制裂紋小沖桿試樣評價(jià)脆性材料斷裂韌性的研究

【摘要】:針對石油化工、核電等行業(yè)服役設(shè)備的材料脆化和性能劣化導(dǎo)致設(shè)備失效的問題,提出了一種評價(jià)在役設(shè)備材料性能的新方法。用環(huán)形缺口預(yù)制裂紋試樣進(jìn)行脆性材料的小沖桿試驗(yàn),結(jié)合有限元模擬獲得的回路J積分曲線,最終得到材料的斷裂韌性值,J積分為46.18kJ/m2,并與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)CT試樣試驗(yàn)得到的斷裂韌性值進(jìn)行比較,2種結(jié)果基本一致。環(huán)形預(yù)制裂紋小沖桿試樣可以評價(jià)材料的斷裂韌性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of material embrittlement and deterioration in service equipment in petrochemical and nuclear power industries, a new method for evaluating the material performance of in-service equipment is proposed. The small impact bar test of brittle material was carried out with annular notched prefabricated crack specimen. Combined with the loop J integral curve obtained by finite element simulation, the fracture toughness of the material was obtained. The J integral was 46.18kJ / m2. Compared with the fracture toughness obtained from the standard CT specimen test, the two results are basically consistent. The fracture toughness of the material can be evaluated by the annular prefabricated small punching rod specimen.
