基于真應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變關(guān)系的粗糙表面法向接觸模型

【摘要】:提出一種粗糙表面的法向彈塑性接觸分析的建模方法;谖⑼贵w的彈塑性有限元接觸模型,分別研究了40Cr、45和Q235三種鋼材料的微凸體與剛性平面的法向接觸特性。有限元模型中采用三種材料的真應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變關(guān)系,考察了不同強(qiáng)化特性對微凸體接觸性質(zhì)的影響。建立了微凸體在彈性、彈塑性、塑性變形階段統(tǒng)一的接觸變量變化規(guī)律的表達(dá)式。在此基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用概率統(tǒng)計理論建立粗糙表面法向彈塑性接觸模型。所建立的接觸模型中微凸體接觸變量的變化規(guī)律完全基于彈塑性有限元模型的計算結(jié)果,無需將微凸體的變形過程區(qū)分為不同的變形階段,避免了接觸變量在各階段采用不同函數(shù)表達(dá)式帶來的連續(xù)性和光滑性問題,以及在彈塑性階段采用插值函數(shù)的隨意性問題。通過與其他接觸模型的計算結(jié)果相比較,證明了所提出接觸模型的合理性。
[Abstract]:A modeling method for normal elastoplastic contact analysis of rough surfaces is presented. Based on the elastic-plastic finite element contact model of the microconvex body, the normal contact characteristics between the micro-convex body and the rigid plane of 40Cr-45 and Q235 steel materials are studied respectively. In the finite element model, the relationship between true stress and strain of three kinds of materials is used to investigate the effect of different strengthening characteristics on the contact properties of microconvex body. The expression of the uniform contact variable variation in elastic, elastoplastic and plastic deformation of microconvex body is established. On the basis of this, the normal elastic-plastic contact model of rough surface is established by using the theory of probability and statistics. The change of contact variables in the contact model is based on the results of the elastic-plastic finite element model, and it is not necessary to divide the deformation process of the micro-convex body into different deformation stages. The continuity and smoothness of contact variables using different function expressions in each stage and the arbitrariness of interpolation function in elastic-plastic stage are avoided. The rationality of the proposed contact model is proved by comparing the results with other contact models.
