不同激勵頻率的脈沖微射流對圓射流流場擴散摻混的數(shù)值模擬和影響分析(英文)

【摘要】:采用Fluent商用計算軟件,結(jié)合實驗所得數(shù)據(jù),在保持微射流與主射流的占空比A為10%和質(zhì)量流率比C_m為0.05%不變的條件下,將側(cè)向垂直分布的脈沖微射流的激勵頻率與主射流的大渦頻率比值F_V/F_O在0~2范圍內(nèi)變化,對圓射流外部流場的擴散摻混進行了研究。結(jié)果表明:流場的流動狀態(tài)對脈沖激勵頻率的變化十分敏感,在微射流激勵頻率F_V與主射流大渦頻率F_O相同時,流場的摻混增強效果最明顯,流向渦結(jié)構(gòu)較為規(guī)則,且在向外擴散發(fā)展的過程中能夠卷吸更多的流體進行摻混。
[Abstract]:The commercial calculation software Fluent is used, and the experimental data are combined. Under the condition that duty cycle A is 10% and mass flow ratio is 0.05%, the ratio of microjet to main jet is 0. 05%. The diffusion mixing of the external flow field of the circular jet was studied by changing the excitation frequency of the lateral vertical pulse micro-jet to the large eddy frequency ratio of the main jet F_V/F_O in the range of 0 ~ 2. The results show that the flow state of the flow field is very sensitive to the change of the pulse excitation frequency. When the micro-jet excitation frequency FV is the same as the main jet large eddy frequency, the mixing enhancement effect of the flow field is the most obvious, and the flow direction vortex structure is more regular. Moreover, more fluids can be absorbed and mixed in the process of outward diffusion and development.
