泡沫薄膜液在變徑管內(nèi)的流變學(xué)特性

【摘要】:針對泡沫流體在儲層介質(zhì)內(nèi)的流動特點,對泡沫薄膜液在變徑管內(nèi)的流變學(xué)特性進行實驗研究。基于兩相流動假設(shè),利用量綱分析法確定量綱1參數(shù)ΔpD/δ及(3μU/σ)~(2/3)。通過CO_2及N_2泡沫的實驗結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)泡沫薄膜液在變徑管內(nèi)流動時需克服啟動壓力,量綱1參數(shù)間呈明顯的線性關(guān)系,而且N2泡沫與CO2泡沫相比具有更大的流動阻力。與直管相比,泡沫薄膜液在變徑管內(nèi)具有更大的流動壓差。實驗結(jié)果表明,對于揭示泡沫液在多孔介質(zhì)中的流動機理,Herschel-Bulkley模型優(yōu)于冪律模型。
[Abstract]:According to the flow characteristics of foam fluid in reservoir media, the rheological characteristics of foam film fluid in variable diameter tube were studied experimentally. Based on the two-phase flow hypothesis, dimension 1 parameters 螖 pD/ 未 and (3 渭 U / 蟽) ~ (2 / 3) are determined by dimensional analysis. Through the experimental results of CO_2 and N-2 foam, it is found that the starting pressure should be overcome when the foam film liquid flows in a variable diameter tube, the linear relationship between dimension 1 parameters is obvious, and the flow resistance of N2 foam is greater than that of CO2 foam. Compared with the straight tube, the foam film liquid has larger flow pressure difference in the variable diameter tube. The experimental results show that the Herschel-Bulkley model is superior to the power law model for revealing the flow mechanism of foam in porous media.
