相移法獲取三維光彈特征相位差的方法

【摘要】:對于三維光彈模型,次主應(yīng)力及其方向沿入射光連續(xù)變化,根據(jù)光學(xué)等效的原理,可以將三維光彈模型等效為一個包含線性相位延遲器和旋光器的光學(xué)模型。在集成光彈法中,對于每一個測量點(diǎn),研究者必需通過實(shí)驗(yàn)獲取三個特征參數(shù)。提出了一種用于確定集成光彈中全場特征相位差的五步相移法,給出了偏振光場中元器件的設(shè)置方法,并運(yùn)用Jones算子推導(dǎo)出相移法得出的光強(qiáng)公式。最后使用斜射法對徑向受壓圓盤進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:According to the principle of optical equivalence, the three-dimensional photoelastic model can be equivalent to an optical model containing a linear phase retarder and a rotator. A five-step phase-shifting method is proposed to determine the characteristic phase difference of the whole field in integrated photoelasticity. The method of setting the components in polarized light field is given. The intensity formula derived from the phase-shifting method is deduced by using Jones operator.
