焊接節(jié)點(diǎn)表面裂紋復(fù)合型應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子的數(shù)值計(jì)算研究

【摘要】:以十字形焊接節(jié)點(diǎn)為研究對(duì)象,比較ABAQUS、FRANC3D和規(guī)范公式計(jì)算表面裂紋應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子的結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證FRANC3D計(jì)算應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子的正確性和高效性。為從數(shù)值理論上研究復(fù)雜應(yīng)力場(chǎng)下焊接節(jié)點(diǎn)表面裂紋復(fù)合型應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子的影響因素,基于FRANC3D建立不同裂紋形狀比和焊縫傾斜角度的計(jì)算模型。結(jié)果表明:隨著焊縫傾斜角度的增大,Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子減小,Ⅱ型應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子增大;當(dāng)焊縫傾斜角度為0°和15°時(shí),裂紋表面點(diǎn)和最深點(diǎn)同時(shí)可以忽略Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子的影響;應(yīng)考慮Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子絕對(duì)值對(duì)疲勞裂紋擴(kuò)展的影響。
[Abstract]:The results of calculation of surface crack stress intensity factor by Abaqus FRANC3D and the standard formula are compared with the cross welded joints.
