壓裂泵泵頭體相貫線裂尖應(yīng)力場(chǎng)及應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子研究

【摘要】:壓裂泵泵頭體作為油氣壓裂工藝的中的關(guān)鍵裝備,直接決定了壓裂技術(shù)的成敗,影響油氣開(kāi)采效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。針對(duì)現(xiàn)有泵頭體相貫線處的疲勞開(kāi)裂失效現(xiàn)狀,建立了泵頭體有限元分析模型和不同初始長(zhǎng)度的圓形裂紋斷裂模型,通過(guò)分析裂尖應(yīng)力場(chǎng)和應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子的分布規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:內(nèi)壓作用下,泵頭體整體仍處于彈性區(qū),只有裂紋面前方兩側(cè)的45°~70°區(qū)域進(jìn)入塑性區(qū)。相貫線處的裂紋類(lèi)型雖然為Ⅰ-Ⅱ-Ⅲ復(fù)合裂紋,但是仍然是I型裂紋主導(dǎo),裂紋的起始位置位于兩個(gè)內(nèi)腔表面。不同裂紋長(zhǎng)度,其應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子分布規(guī)律基本一致;但是初始裂紋越長(zhǎng),裂紋越容易發(fā)生擴(kuò)展。裂尖附近區(qū)域應(yīng)力分布是影響裂紋起裂的關(guān)鍵因素,但泵頭體兩個(gè)相貫內(nèi)腔半徑也會(huì)影響裂紋起裂。通過(guò)分析泵頭體裂尖應(yīng)力場(chǎng)和應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子,可以更好了解泵頭體疲勞開(kāi)裂原因和裂紋起裂位置,為泵頭體的工程應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As the key equipment of oil and gas fracturing technology, the head body of fracturing pump directly determines the success or failure of fracturing technology, and affects the efficiency of oil and gas production and economic benefits. In view of the current situation of fatigue cracking failure at the intersection line of pump head, a finite element analysis model of pump head and a circular crack fracture model with different initial lengths are established. The distribution of crack tip stress field and stress intensity factor is analyzed by analyzing the crack tip stress field and stress intensity factor.
