擠壓、剪切作用在增稠現(xiàn)象中的作用

【摘要】:一般認(rèn)為濃厚顆粒懸浮液的稠化現(xiàn)象與顆粒間的剪切作用有關(guān),然而有研究者發(fā)現(xiàn),在沖擊試驗(yàn)中,顆粒間的擠壓作用可能是懸浮液的稠化主要原因。為了區(qū)分?jǐn)D壓和剪切行為在濃厚顆粒懸浮液稠化現(xiàn)象中的作用,設(shè)計(jì)了拖球、拖片的對(duì)比試驗(yàn),并且考慮了圍壓及加載速率的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,在稠化過(guò)程中,顆粒間的擠壓作用占據(jù)了主導(dǎo)地位,即顆粒間的擠壓作用比剪切作用更容易造成濃厚懸浮液的增稠。圍壓的存在會(huì)影響擠壓和剪切的作用力,圍壓的增大對(duì)增稠現(xiàn)象有明顯的促進(jìn)作用;相比于剪切作用,擠壓作用對(duì)加載速率的促進(jìn)作用更加敏感。
[Abstract]:It is generally believed that the thickening of dense suspensions is related to shearing between particles. However, some researchers have found that extrusion between particles may be the main cause of thickening of suspensions in impact tests. In order to distinguish the effect of extrusion and shearing behavior on thickening phenomenon of dense particle suspensions, a comparative test of towing ball and plate was designed, and the effects of confining pressure and loading rate were considered. The results show that the extrusion between particles occupies a dominant position in the thickening process, that is, the extrusion between particles is more likely to cause thickening of strong suspensions than shearing. The existence of confining pressure will affect the force of extrusion and shear, and the increase of confining pressure can obviously promote the thickening phenomenon, compared with the shear effect, the extrusion action is more sensitive to the acceleration of loading rate.
