氣泡推進(jìn)型中空J(rèn)anus微球運(yùn)動(dòng)特性的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:本文通過(guò)Pt-SiO_2型(鉑-二氧化硅型)中空J(rèn)anus微球在低濃度2%~4%H_2O_2溶液中的氣泡驅(qū)動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn),觀察到在每個(gè)氣泡生長(zhǎng)-潰滅周期內(nèi),Janus微球的運(yùn)動(dòng)呈現(xiàn)3個(gè)特征階段,分別為自擴(kuò)散泳、氣泡生長(zhǎng)和氣泡潰滅。其中氣泡潰滅階段微球在射流驅(qū)動(dòng)下的推進(jìn)速度可達(dá)每秒幾十毫米,比前2個(gè)階段的平均速度大2~3個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí)。實(shí)驗(yàn)觀察到氣泡生長(zhǎng)階段其半徑與時(shí)間存在Rb~t1/3和Rb~t1/2兩種標(biāo)度率。由于氣泡在Janus微球催化劑表面(Pt側(cè))的生長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)偏離對(duì)稱軸位置,Janus微球的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡呈圓周形。隨H_2O_2溶液濃度的增加,還可以進(jìn)一步提高Janus微球的運(yùn)動(dòng)速度。此研究不僅定量分析了Janus微球的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性,而且為實(shí)際應(yīng)用中提高Janus雙面微馬達(dá)的運(yùn)動(dòng)速度和能量利用率提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the bubble driving experiments of Pt-SiO_2 hollow Janus microspheres in low concentration 2%~4%H_2O_2 solution are carried out. It is observed that there are three characteristic stages of the motion of Pt-SiO_2 microspheres in each bubble growth and collapse cycle, which are self-diffusion swimming. Bubble growth and bubble collapse. The propelling speed of the microspheres driven by the jet can reach tens of millimeters per second in the bubble collapse stage, which is 2 ~ 3 orders of magnitude higher than the average velocity of the first two stages. It is observed that there are two scaling rates, Rb~t1/3 and Rb~t1/2, for the radius and time of bubble growth. Because the growth point of bubbles on the surface of Janus microspheres (Pt side) deviates from the symmetry axis, the trajectory of Janus microspheres is circular. With the increase of the concentration of H_2O_2 solution, the velocity of Janus microspheres can be further increased. This study not only quantitatively analyzes the motion characteristics of Janus microspheres, but also provides a reference for improving the speed of motion and energy utilization of Janus double-sided micromotors in practical application.
