合成雙射流及其流動控制技術(shù)研究進展

【摘要】:主動流動控制技術(shù)一直以來都是流體力學(xué)研究的前沿和熱點。針對傳統(tǒng)合成射流流動控制環(huán)境適應(yīng)性差和能量效率不高的問題,發(fā)展了合成雙射流及其流動控制技術(shù)。本文對其主要研究進展進行了綜述。研究提出了基于能量綜合利用和氣體增壓原理的合成射流激勵器設(shè)計基本思想,發(fā)明了合成雙射流、矢量合成雙射流、合成雙射流基連續(xù)射流、合成熱/冷射流、自持式合成雙射流等系列化新型合成射流激勵器。合成雙射流激勵器解決了壓載失效帶來的環(huán)境適應(yīng)性問題,且具有能量效率、可控頻率倍增特性以及特有的矢量功能。開展了合成雙射流分離流控制、矢量控制、超聲速/高超聲速進氣道流場控制、氣動熱控制、散熱冷卻、防除冰、水下仿生推進等應(yīng)用方向,驗證了合成雙射流控制效率倍增和應(yīng)用于極端環(huán)境的新功能。
[Abstract]:Active flow control technology has always been the frontier and hot spot of hydrodynamics research. In order to solve the problems of poor adaptability and low energy efficiency of conventional synthetic jet flow control, the synthetic double jet and its flow control technology are developed. In this paper, the main research progress is reviewed. The basic idea of the design of synthetic jet actuator based on the principle of comprehensive utilization of energy and the principle of gas pressurization is proposed. The synthetic double jet, the vector synthesis double jet, the synthetic double jet base continuous jet, the synthetic heat / cold jet are invented. A series of self-sustained synthetic double jets and a new type of synthetic jet actuator. The dual jet actuator solves the environmental adaptability problem caused by ballast failure, and has the characteristics of energy efficiency, controllable frequency multiplication and unique vector function. The application directions of synthetic double jet separation flow control, vector control, supersonic / hypersonic inlet flow field control, aerodynamic heat control, heat dissipation cooling, anti-ice removal, underwater bionic propulsion, etc have been carried out. The new functions of double jet control efficiency multiplication and application in extreme environments are verified.
