含多條裂紋梁的模態(tài)與振動(dòng)疲勞壽命分析

【摘要】:基于Paris公式,提出了一種含多條裂紋梁疲勞壽命預(yù)估的方法。在模態(tài)分析中,基于傳遞矩陣方法,利用無質(zhì)量的彎曲彈簧等效裂紋,提出一種求解含有多條裂紋梁固有振型的方法,分析裂紋數(shù)目、裂紋位置、裂紋深度對(duì)裂紋梁固有頻率的影響。在振動(dòng)疲勞分析中,研究了在簡(jiǎn)諧激勵(lì)作用下裂紋數(shù)目對(duì)裂紋尖端應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子的影響。通過Paris疲勞裂紋擴(kuò)展方程和同步分析法,考慮裂紋梁振動(dòng)與裂紋擴(kuò)展的相互作用,分析了裂紋數(shù)目和裂紋位置對(duì)裂紋梁疲勞壽命的影響。結(jié)果表明,裂紋數(shù)量、裂紋位置和深度對(duì)梁的模態(tài)參數(shù)和疲勞壽命有重要影響。
[Abstract]:Based on Paris formula, a method for predicting fatigue life of beams with multiple cracks is proposed. In modal analysis, based on the transfer matrix method, using the massless equivalent crack of bending spring, a method is proposed to solve the inherent modes of beams with multiple cracks. The number of cracks and the location of cracks are analyzed. The influence of crack depth on the natural frequency of cracked beam. In the vibration fatigue analysis, the effect of the number of cracks on the stress intensity factor at the crack tip under harmonic excitation is studied. Based on Paris fatigue crack growth equation and synchronous analysis, the effects of crack number and crack location on fatigue life of cracked beam are analyzed by considering the interaction between crack beam vibration and crack growth. The results show that the number of cracks, the location and depth of cracks have an important effect on the modal parameters and fatigue life of the beam.
