狹縫內(nèi)爆轟波傳播模式的實驗研究

【摘要】:為研究狹縫內(nèi)爆轟波起爆及各種傳播模式的特點,實驗得到了不同初始壓力下(p0=10~60k Pa)化學當量比的乙烯/氧氣預(yù)混氣體在高度1.0mm,寬度20mm狹縫內(nèi)的爆轟性能。采用煙膜片記錄爆轟波運行軌跡,高速攝影捕捉火焰面。結(jié)果表明:隨著初始壓力的降低,實驗依次得到穩(wěn)定爆轟模式、"結(jié)巴"爆轟模式、馳振爆轟模式和低速穩(wěn)定傳播模式,中間兩者為不穩(wěn)定模式。不穩(wěn)定爆轟傳播模式具有強烈的速度震蕩,在一個周期內(nèi),煙膜板中周期性的出現(xiàn)過驅(qū)爆轟的胞格結(jié)構(gòu),隨后"結(jié)巴"爆轟以單頭形式與側(cè)壁面發(fā)生碰撞并向前傳播,馳振爆轟短暫熄滅。低速穩(wěn)定傳播速度為45%的C-J速度,煙膜板中無胞格結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)。狹縫內(nèi)爆轟波速度虧損值為10%~15%,高于大尺寸通道中的速度虧損。
[Abstract]:In order to study the characteristics of detonation initiation and propagation modes in slit, the detonation properties of ethylene / oxygen premixed gas with chemical equivalent ratio (P0 ~ (10 ~ (10) ~ (60) KPA) at a height of 1.0 mm and a width of 20mm slit at different initial pressures have been obtained. Smoke film was used to record the trajectory of detonation wave and high-speed photography was used to capture the flame surface. The results show that the stable detonation mode, the "stuttering" detonation mode, the flashover detonation mode and the low-velocity stable propagation mode are obtained in order with the decrease of the initial pressure, and the two modes are unstable. The unstable detonation propagation mode has a strong velocity oscillation. In a period, the lattice structure of detonation is periodically observed in the smoke film plate, and then the "stuttering" detonation collides with the sidewall surface in the form of a single head and propagates forward. The galloping detonation went out briefly. C-J velocity of 45% at low speed and stable propagation velocity, no cell lattice structure appeared in the smoke film plate. The velocity deficiency of detonation wave in the slit is 10 / 15, which is higher than that in the large channel.
