粘性流中氣泡的界面跟蹤模擬及動力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:氣泡在運(yùn)動過程中的動力學(xué)特性與流場的壓力分布密切相關(guān)。本文用界面跟蹤法(Front-Tracking Method,FTM)對氣泡界面及其形狀進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算,模擬了粘性流體中單氣泡上升的界面形態(tài),并與文獻(xiàn)中的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比。結(jié)果表明,在同一數(shù)量級上的厄特沃什數(shù)OE、莫頓數(shù)OM形狀變化規(guī)律基本一致,計(jì)算模型的正確性得到驗(yàn)證。對同軸兩氣泡上升過程進(jìn)行計(jì)算,與VOF的模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,FTM方法得出的氣泡形態(tài)變化相同,界面更加清晰;進(jìn)一步研究同軸兩個(gè)氣泡上升動力學(xué)特性,使用清晰的界面位置對應(yīng)壓力場進(jìn)行分析,從壓力的角度分析了其變形、速度變化。結(jié)果表明:上下兩個(gè)氣泡都有一個(gè)壓力中心區(qū)域使得氣泡運(yùn)動速度大幅度變化,氣泡因界面所處區(qū)域的壓力梯度分布不均呈現(xiàn)出由球形-子彈狀-橢圓形的形態(tài)變化;隨著時(shí)間推移,兩個(gè)相互作用的氣泡間的相互作用力在減弱,逐漸融合。
[Abstract]:The dynamic characteristics of bubbles in the process of motion are closely related to the pressure distribution of the flow field. In this paper, the bubble interface and its shape are numerically calculated by Front-Tracking method (FTM). The surface morphology of a single bubble rising in viscous fluid is simulated and compared with the experimental results in literature. The results show that the shape changes of the Ertworth number OEand Morton number OM are basically the same at the same order of magnitude, and the correctness of the calculation model is verified. The rising process of coaxial two bubbles is calculated. Compared with the simulation results of VOF, the bubble morphology changes are the same and the interface is clearer. The deformation and velocity change of the interface are analyzed from the point of view of pressure by using the clear interface position corresponding to the pressure field. The results show that the velocity of the bubble changes greatly because of the pressure center of the upper and lower bubbles, and the velocity of the bubble varies from spherical to bullet-ellipse due to the uneven distribution of pressure gradient in the interfacial area. Over time, the interaction between the two interacting bubbles weakens and fuses.
