非均相流模型在繞回轉(zhuǎn)體通氣空化流動計(jì)算中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:結(jié)合水洞實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了非均相流模型在通氣空化流場計(jì)算中的應(yīng)用。分別采用均相和非均相流模型對繞帶空化器回轉(zhuǎn)體的通氣空化流場進(jìn)行了數(shù)值計(jì)算,并與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比,結(jié)果表明:非均相流模型由于充分考慮到相間界面及其相互作用,較應(yīng)用均相流模型,能夠更準(zhǔn)確地模擬繞帶空化器回轉(zhuǎn)體的通氣空化流動的空泡形態(tài)和通氣空化流場的非定常特性和空泡區(qū)域的速度分布,更好地捕捉到空化區(qū)域內(nèi)反向射流運(yùn)動的非定常過程。
[Abstract]:The application of heterogeneous flow model to the calculation of aerated cavitation flow field is studied in combination with water tunnel experiments. The aeration cavitation flow field around the rotary body of the cavitation device is numerically calculated by using the homogeneous and heterogeneous flow models, and the results are compared with the experimental results. The results show that the heterogeneous flow model takes full account of the interphase interface and its interaction, so it is better to use the homogeneous flow model. It can more accurately simulate the cavitation shape of aerated cavitation flow around the cavitation body with cavitation, the unsteady characteristics of the aerated cavitation flow field and the velocity distribution in the cavitation region, and better capture the unsteady process of the reverse jet movement in the cavitation region.
