復(fù)雜應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下TBM刀盤裂紋應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子分析

【摘要】:為了預(yù)測(cè)全斷面巖石掘進(jìn)機(jī)(tunnel boring machine,TBM)刀盤的疲勞壽命,本文對(duì)其裂紋尖端的應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子進(jìn)行了研究。以某水利工程的刀盤為研究對(duì)象,采用基于子模型技術(shù)的有限元法分析復(fù)雜應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下刀盤裂紋的應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子,并給出了不同裂紋參數(shù)對(duì)應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子的影響規(guī)律,為刀盤裂紋擴(kuò)展壽命的預(yù)測(cè)提供輸入條件。分析表明,當(dāng)裂紋位置角為45°或135°時(shí),裂紋尖端的等效應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子最大,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)損傷最嚴(yán)重;形狀比對(duì)K_Ⅰ值影響最顯著,形狀比越大,尖端K_Ⅰ值相差越大,在深度方向的擴(kuò)展趨勢(shì)也越強(qiáng);K_Ⅰ、K_Ⅱ及K_Ⅲ值均隨裂紋深度的增加而增大,裂紋尖端最深處以張開(kāi)型擴(kuò)展形式為主,而表面點(diǎn)則是3種開(kāi)裂形式并存。
[Abstract]:In order to predict the fatigue life of tunnel boring machine TBM cutter, the stress intensity factor at its crack tip is studied in this paper. Taking the cutter head of a water conservancy project as the research object, the finite element method based on sub-model technique is used to analyze the stress intensity factor of the cutter head crack under complex stress state, and the influence law of different crack parameters on the stress intensity factor is given. The input condition is provided for predicting the crack propagation life of cutter head. The analysis shows that when the crack position angle is 45 擄or 135 擄, the equivalent stress intensity factor at the crack tip is the largest and the damage to the structure is the most serious, and the shape ratio has the most significant effect on the KI value, and the larger the shape ratio, the greater the KI value at the tip. The stronger the propagation trend in the depth direction is, the higher the values of KI, KII and KIII increase with the increase of the depth of the crack. The deepest crack tip is mainly characterized by open propagation, while the surface point is coexisting with three kinds of cracking forms.
