射流振蕩器的回流特性和切換特性研究

【摘要】:射流振蕩器是一種能在入口提供定常流動,出口產(chǎn)生非定常脈動射流的流體器件。本文以數(shù)值模擬為主要手段,研究一種射流振蕩器內(nèi)部流場特征,并研究其回流特性和切換機理。提出主射流沿著其中一個出口流出,由于受到腔體低壓區(qū)的作用,另一個出口產(chǎn)生回流。回流程度隨進出口壓力和環(huán)境溫度的升高而減小,隨劈距的增加而增大。隨控制端流量的增加,出口相對入口流量不斷減小,繼續(xù)增加控制端流量,射流發(fā)生切換。對射流振蕩器的研究設(shè)計具有一定的參照意義。
[Abstract]:Jet oscillator is a kind of fluid device which can provide steady flow at the entrance and produce unsteady pulsating jet at the outlet. In this paper, numerical simulation is used to study the internal flow field characteristics of a jet oscillator, and its reflux characteristics and switching mechanism are also studied. It is proposed that the main jet flows out along one of the exits, and the other outlet produces reflux due to the effect of the low pressure region of the cavity. The degree of reflux decreases with the increase of inlet and outlet pressure and ambient temperature, and increases with the increase of split distance. With the increase of the flow rate at the control end, the relative inlet flow rate of the outlet decreases, and the flow rate of the control end continues to increase, and the jet switches. It has certain reference significance to the research and design of jet oscillator.
