微重力環(huán)境中“氣包”運動調(diào)控實驗設(shè)計

【摘要】:利用磁懸浮技術(shù)和單片機(jī)技術(shù)相結(jié)合設(shè)計了模擬微重力環(huán)境的簡易裝置系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)可實現(xiàn)對液體中"氣包"位置的調(diào)控、顯示跟蹤其運動軌跡以及測量其大小等功能,主要包括運動控制、軌跡追蹤以及測量分析三大模塊。運動控制模塊通過單片機(jī)控制機(jī)械滑臺運動,調(diào)節(jié)電源電流、改變電磁力大小實現(xiàn)對"氣包"運動懸浮控制;軌跡追蹤模塊和測量模塊是由容器四壁各放置多個激光接收對管和收發(fā)模塊構(gòu)成,通過"氣包"在運動過程中遮擋激光,引起配套的激光接收管電平變化,利用光電轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化為"氣包"運動的坐標(biāo)值,從而實現(xiàn)"氣包"位置的跟蹤和直徑的測量。本設(shè)計思路新穎,成本低廉,操作簡單,為模擬微重力環(huán)境簡易裝置提供了一定實驗設(shè)計思路。
[Abstract]:A simple device system for simulating microgravity environment is designed by combining magnetic levitation technology with single-chip microcomputer technology. The system can realize the functions of adjusting the position of "gas tank" in liquid, displaying and tracking its motion track and measuring its size, etc. It mainly includes three modules: motion control, track tracking and measurement and analysis. The motion control module controls the movement of the mechanical slider through the single chip microcomputer, adjusts the power current, and changes the electromagnetic force to realize the suspension control of the "air tank" motion. The track tracing module and the measuring module are composed of several laser receiver pairs and transceiver modules placed on each side of the container wall. The laser is shielded from the laser during the moving process by the "gas packet", which causes the level change of the matching laser receiver tube. The photoelectric conversion technique is used to convert the coordinate value of the "gas tank" motion, thus realizing the tracking of the "gas tank" position and the measurement of the diameter. The design idea is novel, the cost is low, and the operation is simple, which provides a certain experimental design idea for the simple device of simulating microgravity environment.
