【摘要】:固體在高應(yīng)變率加載作用下常常斷裂成多個(gè)碎片.Grady針對韌性碎裂和脆性碎裂提出了一個(gè)同樣形式的碎片尺度預(yù)測公式,對韌性碎裂結(jié)果預(yù)測較好,而對脆性碎裂結(jié)果的預(yù)測相對較差.是否存在一種物理機(jī)制可以同時(shí)闡述韌性碎裂和脆性碎裂過程呢?本文借鑒Grady解決絕熱剪切問題時(shí)提出的最小集中化時(shí)間的思想,認(rèn)為固體的動態(tài)碎裂過程中存在著最快速卸載現(xiàn)象.對韌性碎裂過程和脆性碎裂過程從理論和數(shù)值計(jì)算上進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)最快速卸載理論得到的平均碎片尺度和目前文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道結(jié)果均吻合較好.
[Abstract]:Under the action of high strain rate loading, the solid often breaks into several fragments. Grady puts forward a prediction formula for ductile and brittle fragmentation in the same form, which is a good predictor of the results of ductile fragmentation. But the prediction of brittle fracture results is relatively poor. Is there a physical mechanism that can describe both ductile and brittle fragmentation processes? Based on the idea of minimum centralization time proposed by Grady for solving adiabatic shear problems, it is considered that there exists the fastest unloading phenomenon in the process of dynamic fragmentation of solids. Based on the theoretical and numerical analysis of ductile and brittle fragmentation processes, it is found that the average fragment size obtained from the most rapid unloading theory is in good agreement with the reported results in the literature.
