【摘要】:鑒于處于不同界面形式的多層粘接結(jié)構(gòu)中波傳播問題的描述非常復(fù)雜,在將粘接薄層假定為具有松弛時(shí)間τ的黏彈性體的情況下,推導(dǎo)了平面縱波入射時(shí)板狀粘接結(jié)構(gòu)中含有無量綱參數(shù)ωτ的縱波和橫波的反射與透射系數(shù)表達(dá)式.將該方法應(yīng)用于鋁-環(huán)氧樹脂-聚苯乙烯結(jié)構(gòu)并與已有結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,證實(shí)了利用對ωτ賦值表征界面狀態(tài)的可行性;以鋼-環(huán)氧樹脂-鋼粘接結(jié)構(gòu)為例,研究了入射角度和頻厚積的變化對聲波反射與透射特性的影響.結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)縱波垂直入射時(shí),若粘接界面為完好或滑移連接,縱波的反射和透射系數(shù)曲線會(huì)產(chǎn)生周期性諧振;當(dāng)傾斜入射時(shí),在特定頻厚積下,采用縱、橫波的反射或透射系數(shù)法可有效辨別界面形式;為實(shí)驗(yàn)采用超聲波檢測粘接結(jié)構(gòu)提供了理論依據(jù).
[Abstract]:In view of the complexity of the description of wave propagation in multilayer bonding structures with different interfacial forms, the bonding thin layer is assumed to be a viscoelastic body with relaxation time 蟿. The expressions of reflection and transmission coefficients of P-wave and S-wave with dimensionless parameter 蠅 蟿 in the plate bonded structure are derived when the plane longitudinal wave is incident. The method has been applied to aluminum-epoxy resin polystyrene structure and compared with the existing results. It is proved that it is feasible to use 蠅 蟿 to characterize the interface state, and to take the steel epoxy resin steel bonding structure as an example, The influence of incident angle and frequency thickness product on the reflection and transmission characteristics of acoustic wave is studied. The results show that the reflection and transmission coefficient curves of the longitudinal wave will produce periodic resonance when the longitudinal wave is perpendicular to the incident, if the bonding interface is intact or slip, and when the incident is tilted, the longitudinal wave will be used under the specific product of frequency thickness. The reflection or transmission coefficient method of shear wave can effectively distinguish the interface form, which provides a theoretical basis for ultrasonic testing of bonding structure.
