基于商函數(shù)的動態(tài)載荷識別最優(yōu)正則化參數(shù)選取方法

【摘要】:為解決載荷識別反問題,研究選取最優(yōu)正則化參數(shù)商函數(shù)方法。利用Tikhonov正則化方法的最優(yōu)化問題的最小二乘解,定義以正則化參數(shù)為自變量的商函數(shù);根據(jù)不同的正則化參數(shù),使用二次規(guī)劃理論,求解Tikhonov正則化方法的最優(yōu)化問題的最優(yōu)解;基于不同最優(yōu)解對應商函數(shù)的不同特點,將最優(yōu)正則化參數(shù)的商函數(shù)方法,與廣義交叉檢驗(Generalized Cross-Validation,GCV)準則所得載荷識別結(jié)果進行比較。數(shù)值仿真及試驗驗證結(jié)果表明,商函數(shù)方法對于共振區(qū)及非共振區(qū)下載荷識別問題具有較好的合理性和適用性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the inverse problem of load identification, the optimal regularization parameter quotient function method is studied. Using the least square solution of the optimization problem of Tikhonov regularization method, the quotient function with regularization parameters as independent variable is defined, and the optimal solution of the optimization problem of Tikhonov regularization method is solved by using quadratic programming theory according to different regularization parameters. Based on the different characteristics of quotient functions corresponding to different optimal solutions, the quotient function method of optimal regularization parameters is compared with the load identification results obtained by generalized cross-validation GCVC criterion. The numerical simulation and experimental results show that the quotient function method is reasonable and applicable to the identification of the download load in the resonant and non-resonant regions.
